“Love Yourself!” Watch Ghanaian Actress MaameYaa Boafo’s Inspiring Talk at TedXAccra

When the TV show, An African City  hit our screens, we were excited by the angle the creators of the show had chosen to tell the African story from. Even more interesting was the diverse range of talented and relatively unknown thespians cast in the show.  Ghanaian Maameyaa Boafo came to us riding brilliantly on the wings of Season 1 of An African City.

At the TedxAccra event last week, Maameya talks about her early dreams of becoming an actress, the long arduous journey towards realising her dreams, and the lessons she has learned thus far.
