According to several news sources including PM News, this is First Lady, Aisha Buhari‘s official portrait.

Reports further state that henceforth, she will be addressed as “Mrs. Aisha Muhammadu Buhari, Wife of President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria,” and not “First Lady.”
