At RDC, you learn how to make a variety of meals, ranging from Italian, French, Jamaican, Chinese, and Spanish to mention a few. You also acquire a degree of expertise in baking and pastry, grilling, food plating and presentation, mixing cocktails and creating sumptuous desserts!

Continental Culinary Arts Diploma
This certificate programme is ideal for beginners who want to develop their culinary skills. It offers a wide range of cuisine from across the globe. All new recipes and techniques taught by Chef Zeelicioussss and Chef Stone.
