Former Sweden International, Zlatan Ibrahimovic confirmed on Thursday he would sign for Manchester United after leaving Paris St-Germain (PSG).

He made this known via his Twitter handle.

The 34-year-old, who capped 116 times for his country, was out of contract after four years with the French champions.

He will now link up again with his former Inter Milan boss Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford.

United, who finished fifth in the Premier League last season and failed to qualify for the UEFA Champions League, have yet to confirm the move.

The Swede is yet to complete a medical and sign a contract with the Old Trafford club.
