AMCON Takeover: “Tough times don’t last” – Ben Murray-Bruce

Following the take over of his companies’ assets by the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON), Senator Ben Murray-Bruce has said that that the situation is being resolved and that everything will return to normal.

“Tough times don’t last. But we, as tough people, outlast them,” he said in a tweet on Thursday.

It is actually possible to fight corruption and grow the economy at the same time. One does not have to happen at the expense of the other.
