Heartbreaking… Another Toddler Severely Mutilated in Niger State

This is so disturbing… A woman has been accused of allegedly cutting off the penis of her stepson.

According to Zuma Times Hausa, this happened in Minna, Niger state, and from the graphic photos shared, the toddler’s penis was completely cut off.

The disheartening news comes weeks after 21-month-old Musa was severely mutilated by his stepmother in Kano. 

As at the time of filing this report, it is unclear if the accused stepmother has been arrested.
