“This is the right time to get Nigeria’s economy right… Most economies grew out of Adversity” – Kemi Adeosun | WATCH
The Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun, during the Town Hall Meeting and Policy Dialogue on Good Governance in Abuja on Tuesday called on Nigerians embrace the “Change” message of this administration because the Federal Government is working to revive the economy.
The minister said that the country has been heading in the direction of where it is now for the past 7-8 years. She said that only 10% of the Budget of previous years was for capital projects, while 90% goes for salaries and other recurrent expenditures.
She said that though change is “extremely painful and difficult”, Nigeria’s economy will come out stronger.
