At Grooming for greatness we are committed to working with up and coming leaders to hone their leadership skills through our curriculum and frequent interactions with professionals and collaborators.

The foundation launched its year-long leadership and mentorship program in 2015 with 12 Fellows. Among the first cohort are TalentBase CEO, Chika Uwazie;   Lifebank Founder/CEO, Temie Giwa-Tubosun; inspiredbyglory Founder/CEO, Glory Edozien; Actress, Tomi Odunsi, amongst others, all doing exceptionally great in their respective fields.

Biola Alabi, the founder of the foundation has this to say, “I am super excited about the opportunities we are creating for young Africans. I can’t wait to meet the amazing young men and women that will apply this year “

For the 2016/2017 Program, a group of no more than 12 handpicked participants will be mentored by Biola Alabi and her associates, they will spend a year working on a personalized leadership track, which includes a 3-day immersion program, one on one leadership development and ongoing mentoring over the course of 12 months. The goal is to provide participants with skills and tools that can be readily applied to their existing career and business paths and breed a new generation of quality African leaders.

Some of the areas of focus will be: Authentic leadership, strength-based leadership, leading with purpose, building a meaningful career, building powerful networks and creating influence.
