After seeing a tweet from Ada of Favies Caterings, Chef Fregz shared his two cents on Instagram with photo of the tweet and the caption below;

This is for any young up and coming food business in particular.

If someone tells you this. Just End the discussion there no replies or anything. No I can’t do it because…. no that’s not fair. Nothing much just say thank you and move on.

The only exceptions are maybe a big fair or you do for a small crowd for the people who have the pay power. Because wisdom at the end of the day is profitable to direct.

Please make sure you work hard at delivering great food and service. There’s Google now no one really has an excuse to fail.
But for mumu behaviour like this. Silence. You know how it goes.
