Hi, friends! In this episode of Precious Kitchen, I – Precious Nkeih, will show you how to make the perfect Koki Beans: spongy, well seasoned, moist and so delicious!

Koki beans is a savory pudding made with black eyed peas (koki beans) and mostly sold on the streets in Cameroon. It is quite similar to the Nigerian Moin Moin but this uses very minimal ingredients and sometimes leaves are added to the mixture.
