#BBNaija – Day 51: TBoss & Bisola’s Huge Fight, Two Secret Tasks + More Highlights!

TBoss and Bisola’s Fallout

TBoss and Bisola had a nasty spat this morning after the former took a jab at the French toast the latter was preparing for everyone. The two of them seemed to decide to walk away from the situation though they were still visually upset with each other. Things calmed down soon after and the Housemates sat around the kitchen table playing cards. However, Efe and Bassey felt that the two ladies had to make amends in keeping with the week’s theme of charity and kindness. This turned out to be a huge mistake.

Efe got the reconciliation process started by trying to get TBoss to “speak with Bisola” as part of her act of kindness. She immediately refused and said she’d rather fail the Task! She also used the opportunity to level with Efe saying “I know you guys don’t like me & I don’t care anymore! It’s fine, it’s a competition. I’m not here to make friends!”

Efe was still trying to wrap his mind around what TBoss said when Bassey called for a meeting and tried to unite everyone by asking them to hold Mary (the totem) in their hand and share what they felt she represented. TBoss flat out refused to take part, passing the totem to the other Housemates instead. Noticing the obvious tension, he then asked the two ladies to stand and iron out the issue. Everything went downhill from there.

Bisola made it clear that she didn’t like being micro-managed in the kitchen and was already in a foul mood after being asked to make French toast for the House. She explained that that was why she snapped when TBoss “mocked” the ingredients that she had been using for the French toast. She also said she was tired of people always calling her “aggressive” and judging her for having a loud voice.

TBoss then weighed in on how she couldn’t “ever”, tolerate disrespect and was “sick and tired” of everyone taking advantage of her and being ungrateful when she cooked and cleaned for them every single day “like some slave girl!” Her sharp words got Bisola worked up and when Bassey and Efe started telling Bisola to remain quiet, though it was her turn to speak, she went over the edge! “Now I dey vex! Now I’m aggressive!” Efe and Bassey then tried calming her down which only made her more upset as she felt she was being policed and silenced.

The F-bomb started flying back and forth between the two ladies before Bassey ripped off his crown screaming “Do you not respect this crown? Take it if you don’t!” Bisola stormed out of the room swinging at the air and screaming before heading outside to cool off while Debie-Rise tried to console TBoss to no avail. After she’d calm down she came back in to apologize to TBoss and Bassey for losing her cool. The two ladies then went out to the garden to share a drink and try to hash things out though they admitted they were still furious.

Who’s the brainiest of them all?

For today’s Task, Biggie wanted to find out who the sharpest Housemates were. He instructed them to head to the Arena where they found several stands set up for them. Biggie explained the rules of the game informing them that he was going to read out a series of questions and once they had the answer they’d have to sprint to the pot of Alphabet Soup, pick out letters and then rush back to spell out their answer.

The questions tested the power of their memories ranging in severity from easy ones like “Who recently got married in the Big Brother House?” to more tasking ones like “Who was the fifth, celebrity guest in the House?”. The Housemates had a fantastic time scurrying back and forth in search of the letters which were all bright and white, making them hard to see. As such, the challenge proved to be more difficult than it seemed at first glance.

There were plenty of hilarious moments too with letters snapping in half and people trying desperately to spell out words in creative and dubious ways. Bisola also seemed to keep getting buzzed out as she rushed to get her answers in order. Marvis kept answering “Ebuka” and Biggie had to ask why he was on her mind which had everyone in stitches. “He’s married Biggie! She protested” before he answered “Case closed!” followed by more resounding laughter.

Ultimately, Bally, ThinTallTony and Debie-Rise proved to have the sharpest memories and were declared the winners. Biggie treated them to Pizza and Ice Cream which the rest of the House had to sit and watch them eat from the glass booth in the lounge.

Refuse Recycling + Two Secret Tasks

As their Diary Sessions wound down, Biggie didn’t mince words as he gave out secrets Tasks to Marvis and Bisola in their respective Diary Room Sessions.

The Tasks Biggie gave them were very straight forward and direct. The Housemates would be called into the Arena for a recycling Task and their mission was to disrupt the Task in totality. Even though both of them had the same mission, they both were unaware of the other Housemate’s part in the secret Task.

As soon as the Housemates were called into the Arena, Marvis went straight to sit on the sidelines while Bisola started complaining about her stomach. They both complained about how sorting through trash was an act beneath them and when they decided to help, all they did was try to cause a commotion among the other Housemates.

Marvis seemed to have gotten under the skin of some of the housemates as they chased her around the Arena and started shoving some of the paper and plastic trash under her shirt. Bisola stuck to her story of complaining about an imaginary tummy ache, but this didn’t stop her from putting paper trash into the allotted bags for plastics and vice versa.

With the clock ticking away the minutes, Biggie called time to the recycling Task telling the Housemates that they didn’t finish the Task timeously, and with that, they were told to exit the Arena and head back into the House.
