“Don’t forget those who helped you when you were nothing” – Yung6ix gives $10,000 as birthday gift to longtime friend who gave him 10,000 Naira to start his career

KKTBM rapper, Onome Onokohwomo, better known by his stage name Yung6ix today surprised his longtime friend with a birthday gift of 10,000 US dollars.

According to him, this very friend was the one who gave him 10,000 Naira when he was to come pursue his music career in Lagos 8 years ago. Though his birthday is not till tomorrow, Yung6ix decided to surprise his friend by giving him the gift a day early.

He said:

8 years ago @imblackking gave me 10,000 Naira to come to Lagos to chase my dream as an artiste, without that 10k there would be no Yung6ix today.
