A 38-year-old woman was caught and arrested after a failed attempt to jump the White House fence, left her dangling from the top of the fence by her shoelaces.

TMZ has obtained the incident report with details on the fence jumper’s movements. “It says she went back and forth, staring at the White House for a long period of time before making her move Tuesday at 10:50 PM.”

Secret Service agents helped her get down from the fence to avoid landing on her head, before arresting her. One agent who was watching her recalls losing sight of her for a second and the next thing, he sees her dangling from the inside of the fence after her shoelaces got caught in an iron spire in the fence.

She told the agents she needed to speak to the president and had a map of the White House in hand but the report did not specify if the map showed the interior or exterior grounds of the White House.

Since President Trump took office, this is the second reported incident where someone has breached White House security, wanting to “see the president”. The Secret Service arrested Jonathan Tuan-Anh Tran, 26, on March 10 after he scaled a vehicle gate and hopped another fence at the East Wing of the White House. He was found with two cans of mace and said he had an appointment with President Trump.
