Speaking on the store reopening, the Managing Director, Party Supplies, Ngozi Okonta explained the reason behind the store revamps. “Our customers are so important to us. We want them to come into our store and leave feeling happy. Our aim is to provide a better shopping experience for anyone who walks into the store. Our customer service team have also been trained to ensure that it’s all about the customers”.
As part of activities for the store reopening, the first 100 customers to make a minimum purchase of N30,000 will receive a Loyalty Card which will allow a discount of 15% off all items purchased for the rest of 2017! There will also be a raffle draw that will allow customers win fantastic prices! There will finger foods, drinks, and entertainment for all.The kids are not left out in the treat. They will be treated to a fun experience as they will be engaged in various interactive games, dance, face painting, bouncing castles, popcorn, candy floss etc.
