Twitter User turns up after Atiku Abubakar asks anyone with Evidence of Corruption against him to Come Forward

Former vice-president and presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar, who has of recent been inundated with allegations of corruption, asked anyone with evidence of corruption against him to come forward with it.

He wrote: “As widely reported in the press, anyone who has evidence of corruption against me should please come forward. #TheAtikuChallenge.”

A Twitter user, Jamaiyi Ibieneye, turned up with what can only be described as a power move, with pages of a document from the United States Senate.

Sir, Ibieneye wrote, this document can explain why you avoid the US.

The document is titled: Keeping Foreign Corruption out of the United States: Four Case Histories.

The document details the allegations of corruption the United States has against the former vice-president.

It alleges that Atiku, through his fourth wife Jennifer Douglas Abubakar, funneled over $40 million into the United States, including at least $1.7 million in bribe payments from Siemens AG.

i think the issue with jennifer was she wanted to please Atiku too much, else didn’t she ask why none of his other wives agreed especially Titi Amina because they have sense plus nobody want spoil their reputation.

Has Atiku Abubakar no shame at all? You’re part of what’s wrong with Nigeria. Just shut the fuck up. . A word is enough for the wise. I’m just saying.

And this one thinks that an intelligent man like Atiku does not know about this document or was not expecting someone to bring it up. He has just used this one to bring up this issues so he can clean them up. #TheAtikuChallange Its a brilliant move by Atiku. I will be disappointed in the man if this does not get a strong reply to clear the air.

Hello, I seem to differ in my opinion that whatever he has thought of, there’s a dent currently in his image thanks to this document and thats all that’s needed to manipulate . A weak spot!

You’re clearly extremely disillusioned. How anyone can support a former Vice President is beyond me. Especially given the state of the Nigerian economy. What did Atiku do with his time as VP. His track record is questionable. So please go back to JOS with your mediocre comments.

I still don’t get why they all think we are idiots. Nigerian politicians need to know that social media is here to stay. It will never be their side of the story all the time, anymore! !

If only an average Nigerian is as informed!

Atiku is a true visionary who believes in One Nigeria, He has both the
determination and experience to move Nigeria forward. Atiku isn’t
sectional or tribal but uniting and accommodating of all. Your country
    needs you Atiku. #Nigeriaforall2019
