EFCC files 4-Count Charge against Innoson

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has filed a 4-count charge against Innoson Nigeria Limited.

The commission made the announcement on its Twitter.

Innocent Chukwuma, CEO of Innoson was added as one of the defendants, as was Charles Chukwuma.

EFCC added that the three have been accused of conspiracy to obtain property by false pretense.

Photos of the charge sheet were shared on the commission’s Facebook page, detailing the witnesses and the offences.
