Nigerian Scammer refuses to Scam Fellow Countryman

Screenshots of a WhatsApp conversation between a Nigerian Scammer and an unsuspecting victim are currently trending.

A Twitter user @ibra_himyusuf  who was trying to sell his phone online encountered a supposed buyer who was going to use a fake payment invoice to dupe him.

But once the scammer realised @ibra_himyusuf was Nigerian, he couldn’t go ahead with his plans. He said: “I be omo naija but I can’t bad belle you.”

The scammer then went ahead to give him advice on the safer way to sell phones online.
