The AMVCA 2018 Nominees and Sponsors  Cocktail: a place for the who’s who in Nollywood to rub elbows,  toast another successful year in film and of course – put their most stylish foot forward happened last night. Stars, like Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, Mimi Onalaja, Ini Dima Okojie, Vandora Vandora, Tobi Bakre, Damilola Adegbite, Michelle Dede and more got gussied up and gave us some pretty glamorous looks.

Eku Edewor

The 53 Extra host worked the red carpet in a sea green Tsemaye Binitie number.

Tsemaye Binitie is known for his original approach to ladylike dressing, skewing almost exclusively towards minimalist silhouettes and this hand embellished Guipure lace shift dress  does not deviate from that winning formula.

The simple silhouette, peekaboo effect and embellished lace fabrication is very feminine, and the seagreen hue is great for Eku’s coloring. She amped up the contemporary vibe with her edgy makeup and simple accessories.

Dorcas Shola Fapson

Dorcas Shola Fapson hit all our sweet spots in this dress from Pretty Little Thing. The colour and sculptural detail does wonders for her figure and her skin. Her makeup is precise and we love the metallic flourishes provided by her Louboutin sandals and clutch.

Adesua Etomi

Nigeria’s sweetheart, Adesua Etomi dressed in a lace dress from Zhena Woman. The form fitting silhouette flatters Adesua, and is sexy yet stays true to her wholesome, girl next door brand. She completed her classic cocktail look with her signature pixie and a statement lip.
