This Weekend in Lagos, See “Wait” – a play by Beeta Universal Arts Foundation

This is one of those weekends when you cannot honestly say Lagos is boring.

That is because the Lagos Theatre Festival by the British Council is taking place right now!

One of the most eagerly anticipated plays is “Wait”

“Wait” written by Oladipo Agboluaje and produced by Beeta Universal Arts Foundation is performed by AMVCA winning Actress Bikiya Graham-Douglas.

Wait is a critically acclaimed piece that first debuted at the Samuel Beckett Theatre in Dublin, Ireland as part of the Africa Day Conference highlighting the strength of the African Woman.

It tells the story of one woman’s journey in life and the challenges she faces in her quest to be educated.

Guess what, it’s FREE too.
