A Fruitful Decade! PZCussons Foundation celebrates 10 Years of Corporate Social Responsibility

On Tuesday, December 5th, PZ Cussons Foundation celebrated 10 years of impactful corporate social responsibility. PZ Cussons Foundation was established in November 2007 in order to discharge the company’s social responsibility projects in a more robust and systematic manner. It is currently set up as an independent body of the principal company supporting projects in the area of health, roads, education and potable water. The foundation is a demonstration of the commitment of PZ Cussons to Nigeria and a strong desire to make life noticeably better for the communities in which we operate.

This anniversary goes beyond Corporate Social Responsibility  to touching lives with care and building a better future by putting smiles on the face of the old, young, boys, girls and parents. PZ Cussons Foundation has executed over 60 projects in 31 different locations in Nigeria.

The foundation’s main focus areas are

1. Portable drinking water
2. Health Care
3. Education
4. Empowerment Project

The mission of the foundation is to improve the welfare of Nigerians by working in partnership with local communities / government and other NGOs to deploy sustainable projects with positive impacts.

The objectives of the foundation are:

1. To discharge PZ Cussons corporate social responsibility
2. Foster good relationships with host communities
3. Be a leader in the deployment of CSR policies in Nigeria
