Wikipedia Founder Jimmy Wales, Governor Babatunde Fashola, Tolu Ogunlesi & others to speak at Youth Marketing Conference in Lagos – 27th & 28th March 2012

Founder of Wikipedia, Jimmy Wales will lead a line up of speakers at the second edition of Youth Marketer Converge Conference (YMC 2.0) scheduled to take place in Eko Hotel & Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos between March 27 and 28, 2011.

The Youth Marketer Converge Conference, with the theme: ‘What are Young People really searching for?’ will be the largest gathering of marketing professionals focused on the youth demography in Nigeria.  It will also feature other professionals from the African continent and Europe, UK and the USA for peer reviews and best practices.

The series of events scheduled to take place include: a 1-day conference and exposition tagged, INTERACTIVE for Brand Managers, Marketing Managers, Marketing Directors, CEOs, Creative and Advertising Media Agencies, Brand Custodians, Social Entrepreneurs, Youth Leaders/Trend Setters, other Marketing Professionals, Researchers and other professionals in the Brand and Marketing industry around the continent.

    So many conferences —- little collaboration going on and little to no jobs being created. People need jobs??? Enough with all these bourgeois events.
