Bubbly Champagne & Inspiring Photography! Toyosi Faridah Kekere-Ekun Unveils her “Induction” Photo Exhibition in Lagos
On Saturday 22nd February 2014, breakthrough photographer Toyosi Faridah Kekere-Ekun debuted her photography collection titled “Induction” at its opening night at the Omenka Gallery, Lagos.
The collection had stylish art and photography buffs in attendance. The collection chronicles a turbulent time in the life of the artist, having to deal with death, heartbreak, introspective explorations of faith and the world around her, growing pains; breaking from the chrysalis of innocence and transitioning to reality and adulthood.
Guests at the opening night were served with Laurent-Perrier champagne, key sponsors of the event.
The exhibition which is open to all, (and will open windows of reflection, for those who have made a similar emotional passage as the artist and perhaps a reluctant appreciation for those who haven’t) is scheduled to hold for 2 weeks at the same venue till Friday 7th March 2014.
