On Thursday 23rd February, 2017, the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers held her 23rd John Ekpenyong Memorial Lecture and Fellows’ Induction, at the Civic Centre, Victoria Island Lagos. The memorial lecture immortalises the first Nigerian to qualify as a chartered estate surveyor & valuer, late ESV. John Wood Ekpenyong. The event also serves as an investiture of fellowship on leading Estate Surveyors & Valuers in the country who have been found to advance the interest of the profession.
