Ghana Fashion & Design Week 2013: Jil Boutique
Day 2 for fashion shows are always different; everyone’s gotten into the groove of the event, schedules run smoother and the designers have learnt from the first set of designers just what to avoid.
That being said, let’s take a look at all the haute couture that walked the runway for the 2nd day of the three-leg event that is Ghana Fashion & Design Week 2013 for Spring/Summer 2014.
One of the many designers that caught our eye was the Ghanaian design label – Jil Boutique.
Last year, the label took a walk on the Ankara side of fashion and for its SS14 collection it didn’t go very far. Showcasing pieces from Ankara to Kente with sheer lace & embroidered details, the label covered the runway with eclectic dresses. Check it out!
