1) Azeez Ayub Abiodun – “The doors will be opened, only for those bold enough to knock”…That’s exactly my door story.
I’ve always looked at Afolashade, my childhood friend with keen interest. A feeling of she will make a good wife and mother for my kids, with her humble soul and pleasant smile always.
But, there is this always hard thought on my mind, what if I speak to her and she turned down my proposal ? what if she believe life would be perfect if we maintain our friendship position ? What if there is another man she would prefer having as her husband ? All this and more were my thought for many years till the day I had the courage to knock at the door and set aside my fears.
Throughout my speech, she was only smiling. I even thought I was losing it till she asked a question “what took you so long from telling me what I’ve be yearning to hear from you since ?”
I was speechless as I couldn’t imagine how I could have lost a prefect woman like her to another man if I haven’t summon the courage to knock at the door. I learnt a lesson from her, not all CLOSED doors are LOCKED, we only have to summon the courage to KNOCK in other to gain entrance. #Emilinks #MyDoorStory

2) Nneoma – Taking an Early Morning walk/run through my Estate lost in my thoughts with cool music blasting from my head phone, I couldn’t help but notice/ marvel at all the beautiful doors in each building along my way. Some are really magnificent which shows the taste of the owner while some are just there-a barrier between the inside world and the outside world. I started pondering on what happens behind all the closed doors – Early Morning Devotion? Breakfast? A Couple watching TV smuggled together on the Couch? Kids running around? Fights/Quarrels? as well as a flash back to my own door which I just sneaked out from in a quest to avoid getting noticed by my son who always wants to follow Mummy everywhere. My favorite Memories of doors include opening it to welcome hubby back into my arms at the end of each day, opening it to welcome family/friends when they come over to visit and my Son who always runs to the door at the sound of the bell obviously excited to head out and play with the grass. I’ve learnt that with all the walls people build around themselves, there is always a door to get through to them and for me, “When one door closes (Maybe the Front Door), another (Kitchen Door) will definitely open up. Thanks to BellaNaija & Emilinks for this opportunity. #Emilinks #mydoorstory #day2

5) Chidiebere U. – Hmmmmmm. Looking back, i will start thank God for His goodness in my family. The doors in my house back then, I can’t say exactly how we survived. We had doors made of weak woods which can fell off if pushed hard but it protected us throughout. I could remember a night local thieves visited our poor hut. Before we know what’s happening, one of them sent the entrance door flying with just a knock. But thank God they didn’t touch any of us.
Presently, we have nothing to fear again cos God blessed us and we are living in a modern house with ion doors. #Emilinks #MyDoorStory # #Day2

9) @a__girl_has_no_name_ – Doors! Doors! Doors! An open door represents a means of passage; in and out and also of moving ahead; little wonder we say a “closed door is a closed destiny”. I really came close to understanding the meaning of that adage when I used a door clearly marked “Only open in cases of Emergencies”,mine wasn’t an emergency but I wanted to talk to someone on the next floor from that particular balcony. The thing with breaking rules is there is always a consequence; mine was a rather embarassing one, I didn’t realise that the door only opened from inside the hallway and once out on the balcony; it shuts when slammed.
So there I stood on the 3rd floor’s back balcony after delivering that little message of mine trying to open this door but to no avail! I wasn’t even with a phone??..
At last someone heard my shouts of desperation and unlocked the door after which I was scolded for using the door.
Trust me always use a door marked “Emergency” in times of an emergency??, Also; make sure that the door doesnt lock automatically to prevent stories that touch..that my friends is my Door story. @bellanaijaonline

10) @fyzzlejacobs – The door In a bank for instance money, important documents, and all sort of valuables ain’t just kept any how it is being protected by a DOOR (strong room)which shows that they believe that any thing behind THE DOOR is secured and can’t be tampered. One day in school I went out to buy something to eat for lunch on coming back I saw Nepa people(PHCN) in my lodge going room by room disconnecting students light,I saw them immediately I entered my room through d back, the only way I thought of avoiding them was to lock my DOOR,they got to my room knock I kept quite pretending not to be around they knocked and got tired so they had to go,I was happy why?because I was playing an interesting game wit my pss3 and as well my phone battery was low and I was to chat later,I wonder what I would have done if there was no door. The door also is my best site in taking a picture,it brings out the beauty of my picture. Also when we talk about security we think about alarms, video cameras, motion detectors neglecting the important thing which is THE DOOR There is a saying that says their will always be a door to the light..meaning that without an open door there will be total darkness spiritually and physically which means no success in our business in our life’s in our education as well because THE DOOR is closed.#MyDoorStory#Emilinks#bellanaijarians @bellanaijaonline

Doors like we know are first impression when we get to any home, aside that, they serve as safety, guidance and defence against intruders. The two main doors (front and back) in our home are very important. The front doors are built on uniqueness and beauty while the back door also has its own importance as It symbolizes flow and circulation of air that can occur in a home; without a back door there’s a potential for stagnation. In my house the back door is often the one that we use the most because it is convenient. The garage may be in back of the house so carrying groceries and other items from the car to the closest door makes sense. It’s also hard to make an argument about using the front door. when the garage is attached and there’s a door leading directly into the house, located only a few feet from the car. No one would walk around to the front with bags and boxes, ignoring the side door right in front of them. Despite the fact that the front door represents the place where good luck and opportunities arrive and should be used as often as possible so as to the back door which aids ventilation. Emilinks doors are recommended for every homes because of its quality, its durability and with a Unique design. #MyDoorStory #Emilinks #Day3

“When one door closes, another door opens but we so often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door that we do not see the ones which open for us”

Most people are too attached to the past, to what they are familiar with, and therefore, miss opportunities that stand right in front of them. Doors may close, but there are always, other, unlimited number of doors – new opportunities. The world is full of opportunities, if we could only see them.

#MyDoorStory #Emilinks Day 3,The main function of doors is protecting the home against intruders or other unwanted people.doors should be thick and sturdy, so that they could not be easily forced open by criminals or other people who are forcing themselves into the home. A thick and sturdy door also provides a strong feeling of security to the people living inside the home. They could go to sleep without any fear, because they know that no one will be able to come into their home without their knowledge or consent. The style of the door should be appropriate to the theme of the home. the look of the exterior doors should fit in with the rest of the faade. A good-looking door can make the house appear more beautiful, and it may even increase its value.

After a long day of several challenges that had me scared about tomorrow,
am up facing the realities of a new day and with just a little energy to leave the house and face the world. I stopped to take a long stare at my DOOR,
and just then i realized the endless possibilities on the other side of that thick chunk of mahogany wood (my DOOR).
With a sudden energy rush, pulling open that door made way for hope and one thing about
hope, is that it usually comes with a smile… lol. Can i say my door put a smile on my face?? OH YES IT DID!

If there is a chance in a million that i can do something or anything to keep what i want from ending,I DO IT. I PRY THE DOOR OPEN OR IF NEED BE, I WEDGE MY FOOT IN THAT DOOR AND KEEP IT OPEN, so that when fortune visits, she will find me ready to receive her. #Emilinks #MyDoorStory #Day3

For a very long time in my life, I was made to feel like a door mat; I had a slight stutter which made me become an introverted pushover. I wouldn’t speak in public so as to avoid stuttering and embarrassing myself, but with a little help from my family and friends, I was able to improve on myself and become the #DOOR that I am today. I am able to carry on conversations in public and even engage in debates without feeling vulnerable. I am now vocally structured and sound. This is basically what #Emilinks has to offer to you. Comfort, Safety and Style. No way you’re going to be left vulnerable with the protection of #EmilinkDoors. #MyDoorStory.

Day 3. #Emilinks #MyDoorStory The beauty of a house is not complete without a beautifully designed doors with complementing sturdiness.A primary function of protection, a secondary function of privacy and a secondary function of decoration. Doors offer a tripatrite function for all. The paranoid enjoys it’s protection, the shy relies on the privacy it offers while the fashionable prides on the decoration it can offer. No matter your category, emilink got your back!

(Rev.3:8(b) Behold, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut.)
That is the promise of God to people who obey his word and trust in him
When all hope seems to be lost, just look ahead and have Faith in God. Remember he has opened a door that can not be shut.

    Doors signifies opportunities.
I lost an opportunity for an interview in 2010 because I picked the wrong envelop with the wrong credentials. On getting to the interview ground and discovering my mistake, I was shattered and lost all hope.
I was denied the interview and went home dejected. While crying in the bus, God showed me another open door. I received a complimentary card that changed my story.
Be open-minded and never dwell on your past. Their is always an open door ahead.
Thanks Emilinks and Bella naija for this open door.

#MyDoorStory #Emilinks Day 3. The door serve as a guide, safety, protection and security for the house. The front door to one’s house is important. Besides being the gateway to the rooms, it helps provide the first exclamation mark of the entry
procession. The door to one’s house set the tone and expectation for the rest of the home.
If you pay attention to the little things at the very first moment that someone comes to your house, it stands to reason that you will pay attention to those same type of details throughout the rest of the house. Here are importance of doors to our homes
=> security purpose : when door are properly fit in their frames, latch and lock, it serves as a stop over for potential intruder who is going to try to enter one’s house.
=> protection : Apart from the front door adding value to the house, it serves as a protection for me and my family from weather effects.
=> changes the house appearance : the door to a house beautifies the building making it attractive to the eyes. Thanks

All my life has been a series of doors

In my face And then suddenly I bumped into you

But with you, I found my place, I see your face and it’s nothing like I have ever known before that an open door is the next phase of life

There is a door that never closes

Though it opens but one way

It is the door of peace and love

We can stop war if we all embrace one another inside one door

    But there’s this special door

The door of peace of mind that value and improve the appearance of any entrance

The door that look after you and your surroundings with a choice of trustworthy and long lasting closure system that distinguish your surroundings with styles.

And that is the Emilinks doors

The story of my bathroom door!
The importance of good doors in the house can not be overemphasised.
An incident happened with this door right here, yes my bathroom door. I went into the bathroom and locked the door and the handle broke because of the poor quality. I was stuck in the bathroom with no one to let me out. I had to alert my landlady’s son through the window who called my sister on the phone and she rushed down to the house with her spare key and let me out.
What an embarrassment! If my bathroom door is an #Emilinks product, that wouldn’t have happened.
I made myself a promise on that day that when I make money and build my own house, I will use only #Emilinks quality, world class doors even in my bathroom. My dream is coming to reality now that Emilinks magnanimously made all their quality doors affordable.

Door gives you access to a house or a building and to get access to the house you must have a key and this remind me of my door story, the house we are staying presently has this door that you can only open it from inside, when we moved in and find out this we have to give one of our uncle that is staying close-by a spare key in case we all forget and lock the door without holding the key. This faithful night,we heard a noise from the compound that one of our neighbor’s generator is on fire and we all rushed out without minding the door or holding the key and after the incident we couldn’t enter into the house not until we called our uncle to come to our rescue by bringing the key to us. #Emilinks #MyDoorStory Day 3.

I don’t know about you, but when I’m traveling in a new place, I love to walk around and explore as much as I can.
I usually end up meandering off the beaten path and wandering down some side street somewhere and I inevitably end up in a neighborhood at some point.

As I wander down residential streets in a foreign land, I always look a the front doors of people’s homes.
I wonder what might be behind those doors.
What is the story of the people who live there?
What is the story behind the door?
    Who lives in this house?
What do they do for a living?
What do they do for fun?
    What are their names?
Are they an elderly couple, or a young family with children?
Do they like to cook at home or do they enjoy dining out?
Do they like to travel like I do?
I wonder if we met, if we would be friends.
Perhaps I’ll never know the stories behind the doors.

    The Door in the dark
In going from room to room in the dark,
I reached out blindly to save my face,
But neglected, however lightly, to lace
My fingers and close my arms in arc.
A slim door got in past my guard,
And hit me a blow in the head so hard
I had my native smile jarred.
So people and things don’t pair anymore with what they used to pair before.
In summary there are doors and there are doors.

I remember staying at home bored during the holidays, counting down to the end of the torture from idleness. It was usually that knock on the door that I was waiting for. It came by mid day, sometimes twice, or even earlier. Sometimes you didn’t have to knock.. You would just scream “ouvre la porte”! Which means open the door in french. Most times you didn’t have to knock because I would already be at the door waiting to give you a hug. It wasn’t because you came with gifts. You just had the keys to my heart, and the only thing I had was the keys to your house.. The least I could do was to give you a warm welcome. I stood at the door to bid you farewell, and watched till you drove off my sight. It was not because I wanted to remind you to buy something on your way back. You had the keys to my heart.. I only had the keys to your door. The least I could do was to give wish you a warm outing. The sad thing is one day you left, you never came back. I stood and waited but you were out of sight. I kept waiting, hoping one day, you would come shouting ” Ouvre la porte”. I hoped one day you would turn the knob on your own and allow yourself in. It’s been two years, I’ve left your home to start my life. I have a new door now and I wish you were here to see the keys are similar to yours.. The door is of fine wood, we would have taken selfies infront of it, while the sun kissed our pretty faces. I know one day I would be the one to come knocking, and then You will welcome me like I used to welcome you.. And then it would be for eternity.. because your are my mother and you had the keys to my heart. #Emilinks #MyDoorStory #Day3

Happiness always sneaks into a door you did not think was open because it came through the back door when you shut the front door of your heart so open the doors of your heart today and enjoy open Happiness and peace of mind. Meanwhile, close doors not out of pride, arrogance or weakness but because it leads to nowhere. #Emilinks #MyDoorStory I Love Emilinks Door and I Love Bella Naija ??

Doors provide security, and the importance of strong doors cannot be over emphasized, which reminds me of my story. So I love my sleep the way an Igbo man loves his money.Came back from school one day and was so exhausted, ate and didn’t even know when I slept.Dont know how long I slept but in my dream I kept hearing people shouting my name.I continued sleeping and only woke up a little while later to answer to the call of nature only to hear people shouting my name and hitting our door like there was no tomorrow. I hurriedly went to open the door, and met my sister and neighbours at the door. My sister was so furious that I kept her outside for hours. I apologized to everyone and thanked God our door was a strong #Emiblinks door.If not with all that pounding it received what would I have done. #Emiblinks #Mydoorstory Day3

One door that closed was when my mom died….it was a slam…a loud shut in my face
i felt my world had ended
the door of encouragement had been slammed on me
the door of comfort and understanding had locked me out

But my renewed faith opened many doors
I have new doors opening unto me
    New mummies and daddies
Newly found families opened multiple doors to me
Alas i realized that the same doors that was seemingly shut on me opened multiple doors unto me
the key is to settle wait on one shut door but allow your heart receive the other doors waiting to be embraced

Each new day opens up a new door of hope.
I’m learning persistence of opening new doors and the closing of doors of pains, regrets and bitterness.
Every old door I’ve passed through was an experience either good or bad.
Every experience was a lesson to making me wiser.
A new door opens, leading me into a new time zones, new arms with new phrases and new goals.
I’ve learned that you can never build a home in someone’s arm because they will let go one day but you must build your own with a door of self love.

Bullying is a serious problem. More than a million teens are estimated to be involved in school bullying , whether they’re being bullied or they’re doing the bullying. I was no exception. After being bullied for years, i decided to make one simple tweak that is, when i transferred schools: I started opening doors for my classmates, the first few weeks when I started doing it they were kind of shocked. Not many people hold doors, right? But after that, people started to open up to me. Opening a door is more than a physical act, it’s about putting yourself out there, getting to know people, making them feel comfortable, making them feel welcome. Opening doors gives people hope that people care.”
Holding the door for my classmates changed everything for me, and now i have more friends than i can count. The many friends i have today is not because of my build n beauty but it is as a result of “opening doors”. I humbled myself and served my classmates through opening doors for them, something referred to as almost insignificant(by some people). This goes to show that everything around us serves more than just the basic purposes we know. No matter how ugly, small, big, superior or inferior a door is, i treat them as i would something i cherish a whole lot. Thank you Emilinks for this platform, Thank you Bella Naija.

We are relocating, parking out all our things and moving to another state to start a new life as newly married couples. I am going to leave my mother whom I have spent most of years with. I wondered how life would be without them. Streaks of tears run down my face and I started crying. I didn’t know what to do. oh my God. I don’t know what the future holds for us.
Suddenly, I felt a hand run through my cheeks and opening my eyes. He said to me, I love you and I will protect you with every fibre of my strength for you hold the to the door of my heart

    A Tale of Many Doors
That Monday morning, I woke up with a burden in my heart. While trying to understand why I felt the way I did, I decided to get through my daily ritual so I could make it to work early. As I stood before the bathroom door, I felt myself being whisked away to a place words cannot do justice to. It was an exotic island where the skies seemed to kiss the blue sea. The island was filled with palm trees and the beach sand looked like a carpet of salt. I drew the breath into my nostrils and felt life burning like a passionate fire. As I stood and looked around, I saw it. It was a magnificent door with a gold door knocker. The knocker was creatively crafted to look like a soaring eagle. As I walked towards the door, it seemed so far away. I jumped forward and I saw it jump back. Then I ran and could not reach it. I knew it was locked and thought to myself “A door respects nobody except one who holds the right key”. Immediately, I felt a weight on my palm and opened it to see a tastefully crafted key. As I lifted my head, I was face to face with the door that seemed out of reach some minutes before. I inserted the key and found myself walking down long corridors filled with different doors. I considered each door and noticed they were of different colours and designs ranging from vintage to contemporary. Then I thought to myself, “I don’t need to open these doors”. That moment, I felt the ground shake and I found myself back in front of the bathroom door. I smiled and thought to myself “Life is filled with many doors. These doors lead to unknown treasures and destinations. The beauty of these doors is the will to choose the ones you desire, and knowing that each door can make or break you”. I walked into the bathroom and closed the door behind me.

#mydoorstory #Emilink my door story actually made me to really ‘see’ my church doors and appreciate their beauty and messages on them.
My church is a big one with 2 big doors and 12 smaller doors . today, after the early morning mass. I decided to really look at this doors. I noticed that on each of them were crafted the different apostles of Jesus Christ. I looked closely and then realised there are hidden messages on the door. Each of the doors showed how the apostles were killed. I was simply amazed at how beautiful the designs are. I have attended this church for 2 years and couldn’t believe these doors had these historic messages on them. I usually pass by them without even looking at them. Now I realise doors can also be used to beautify as well as tell stories.

Doors! Doors!! Doors!!! I once went to a bank and I noticed how a few guys were struggling to gain entrance, they removed their wrist-watches, necklaces, belts and metals hindering them, all these they did just to circumvent the sensitive door to achieve their desired goal. That shows you that doors play a significant role when it comes to being prosperous.

Furthermore, Do you ask yourself why we pray for open doors from the Lord? That’s cause doors are paramount based on God reaching out his blessings to us.

The question is: have you tried knocking before you give in to complains?

I’ll conclude with this: my dad would always say IB make sure you lock the gate (main door) of the compound so as to prevent us from any theft or insecurity though the gate may not be extremely strong – just told him about #Emilinks and he was astonished and keen to give it a try.

“Doors can bring in blessings or curse!
So be careful of the doors you open in your life and also be careful of the doors you close because you don’t know when your blessing will come”

Get Started: #Emilinks doors are durable, reliable, trustworthy, unique, to mention a few – why not give #Emilinks a chance to spice up your home with superb doors.

    MISSION IMPOSSIBLE
As I walk through death path, I met a man, he used to be a dangerous and smart criminal, he breaks into any room he wants, steal all he wants without being caught, I stopped seeing or hearing of him, I never knew he was dead until now, so I decided to dialogue with him.
    Me: Good day, sir.
Him: What is good about the day? Mtchew (he hisses)
Me: Sir, I know you, you are ‘Dapadapa’ the smartest criminal, I have heard of you, you are even better than the recent ‘Sapicaco’ that was killed two days back.
Him: (looks surprise) Is ‘Sapicaco’ dead?
    Me: Yes, ooo
    Him: How did he die?
Me: He was caught trying to break into a room.
Him: chaii!!! (He laments) Sapicaco my boy, I no you would go back to get that money.
Me: What do you mean by that?
Him: The same mission that killed me has also killed ‘Sapicaco’ my best boy.
Me: How were you killed sir?
Him: (He moves to and fro) my death came on a very bad day, I came in contact with a door, behind the door was excess money and treasures, I tried for hours to break in but I couldn’t, I never wanted to let go because I was seduced by the content of the room, I did everything within and beyond my reach but it was a MISSION IMPOSSIBLE, when I looked at my watch it was almost dawn, on lifting my head up a flashlight was on my face, I looked around and discovered the end of the road has come for me, I was beaten to death by the mob that surrounded me without my notice…
Me: That was the exact way ‘Sapicaco’ died.
Him: I wonder the kind of highly secured door people fix this days.
Me: It is no other door than #Emilinks premium doors, it …
Him: (Interrupts) Exactly, that is the product, #Emilinks premium door, now I remember.
Me: That door makes any robbery mission impossible and if everyone resort to using it there will be no more cause for alarm.
(FROM A DISTANCE WE SAW SAPICACO COMING)…

I cherish my iron door so much coz it serves as a hindrance to invaders. I Could remember that fateful night the hoodlums tries to invade into my room but unfortunately to them it was an iron strong door so they have to give up. The importance of doors cannot be underestimated. Basically it’s for protection and it also controls ventilation, light and the physical atmosphere. But besides this, they also add beauty to the enclosed to which it is installed.

A lady I have spent almost 3 months wooing decided to at least hang out with me in order to know the kind of person I am. I convinced her that I was a very good cook, so She decided to come and have lunch in my house. I finished preparing a very delicious jollof rice with Chicken at about 1pm that afternoon, when it was about 1:15pm she called to tell me the junction she was standing so I could go and pick her up. I locked my door and went to the junction to get her. On getting back home.. I met the biggest embarrassment of all time as I tried opening my door and it refused to open. I have used this door for about two years now and no problem.. Not Today I kept on telling myself.. Well it was today as I had to take another 1 hour to look for a Carpenter to open the door. We discovered it was a Jammed door. It was so embarrassing…. Anyways I learnt another thing from this Lady I will definitely be getting married to in the near future. Patience. She was patient enough with me.. And truth be told.. I totally fell in love with her that day.. We had the lunch eventually and it turned out to awesome! Well before we get married, I am surely going to change that door. I would love to try #Emilinks door. Doors secures lives, properties etc. The importance of doors cannot be overemphasized. Doors are Everything.
I remember when robbers came to our house and we we had a door made of glass and it looked good but the day it was shattered by these robbers, we realised that security is priority. I can remember the fear, torture we went through. I was so scared of the damage they could do to us.
After this incident, my sisters purchased a Strong door and the interesting thing is it didn’t stop these robbers from coming but it hindered them from getting into our house.
Now I sleep like a baby with no worries.
A door can come in several shapes and sizes but the Essence of it shouldn’t be denied i.e Security. You can have a beautiful and as well as a secured door.

Many a times I wonder what a door signifies in one’s life or how a person choose to see it in his /her perspective. Does it signify triumph or defeat? Happiness or sadness? Laughter or cries?
I’ve come to discover that it isn’t about what the door brings to you but the decision you make at that moment.
Would you welcome what it brings or turn your back to it?
What comes after your decision ? Is it a feeling of regret or a feeling that you are proud of making such decisions?
I can vividly remember when a friend of mine choose me over another because she felt I was so reserved. It wasn’t easy to end the friendship, I begged her that I still wanted to be friends not because I was gaining anything much but because I loved her laughter and stories. She always has a way of getting into people’s heart. I had to pinch myself and told myself that I can’t be with someone that obviously don’t want be around. It was a painful decision yes but little did I know that God had prepared an amazing lady to be my friend. How it happened I can’t tell. We literally became buddies and grew close. It’s been three years as close friends and we would still celebrate more years to come. My other friend wanted to come back at a point but all I told her was sorry, you took a decision to walk out and thanks for that and if you hadn’t I wouldn’t have met my bestie. I felt so proud at myself that instant.
So people it all depends on the decision you AK and also the outcome of that decision. I made a decision and still proud of the decision till date just as those that choose to use Emilinks doors are proud that they did.. #MyDoorStory #Emilinks #Day 3

When they tell you there is an opening in your stomach wall and something is pushing through, you begin to see yourself as less a human being, and more a damaged object, something to be repaired — surgically behind a DOOR

I never thought I could find redemption from feeling like damaged goods till I walked through those white Doors and saw the bright lights of the theatre. And even now that I think of it, writing this experience, I realise it is never less about the door and more about what is behind it, as many people think. It is all about the door and what you do with it. The DOOR is like an apostrophe that tugs at your being and let’s you know should you want redemption/change, anything, there is more behind it.

Mother had said it is a minor operation, Hernia, but nothing belittles going under the knife, or the fear that follows on the heels of the discovery that you are to be mended and like all things mended something might go awfully wrong. It is an infinite session of fear. Life itself becomes broken, and all the happiness sips away.

I was made to lie down as the doctors injected a nerve numbing and deadening drug, waiting a while for it to kick in and then went to work, of which I could have been induced to sleep by a different drug. I didn’t see anything, but I felt each pull and push, without the pain. Sometimes the attendants would move outside and the door would creak slowly as if reminding me to hold on, that there was someone/something waiting for me on the outside.

Most times it is hard to give ourselves unto people, or let them have control of a part. I had a lot of time to reflect on what had led me through that door, to that point in time, and I realised these people I met behind A DOOR were taking care of my life than I ever did. In that moment I decided if I survived this and get to move outside that door, back into the world, I would make use of my life in the best positive way.

45 minutes later, I passed those white doors, not feeling mended or like a repaired damaged, but full of appreciation for a life that I had never valued enough. Full of hope.
Every time I see the scar, I will never forget that Door.

A DOOR is a grace, a gift that never stops giving.

With my experience with doors, I have seen that not all doors are doors. Some doors will lock you up whereby you need someone else to open it up for you, some will be difficult to lock it up whereby when you are in a hurry you tend to waste your time trying to lock such door up. Having a quality door that could be locked and opened gives one the ability to decide who comes in or who goes out, the ability to have the needed privacy in times of confidential meetings, bathing, reading etc without having unwanted guests and the ability to lock doors up with ease and to open such door with ease. #EMILINKS DOORS are quality doors with quality locks and handles to provide you with all the good experiences with doors. Extraordinary Door of Fortunes – “Open Sesame, Open Emilink Door” #Emilinks #MyDoorStory by Enigheno Matthew

My name is Matthew; I came from a polygamous home. My father had two sons of which I am the last child and only son of my mother. And my half brother – James, my elder brother are the sons of my father, Arthur Godfery – A business Man. After my father’s death, the family business was handed over to James including beautiful houses and estates leaving me with just the old building which my father inherited from his late father which my father used as a workshop n barter house. James married a wealthy woman and became well-to-do, building on my father’s business. I married a poor woman and settled into the trade of a recycling metal waste at the back of the house which is unfenced and close to the bush.
One day; a faithful evening, my wife has gone to visit her mother as I was at work collecting and fabricating metal wastes at the back of the building where me and my wife is now living in one of the rooms when I happen to see a group of men walking from the street opposite my building armed with machetes each carrying a Ghana must go bag walking towards my father’s closed down workshop inside the compound beside the building. So I quickly hide myself in a corner of the building and observed what they are up to. That’s when I overheard one of them leaned close to the door of the workshop and spoke these magic words “Open sesame, Open Emilink doors” then the door opened and they dropped the bags inside one after another. Then after the last one dropped his bag, one stood opposite the door again and screamed “Close sesame, Close Emilink Door” suddenly the door closed and off they disappeared. I being curious to know what was inside carefully approached the same workshop door and leaned close to it and I shouted “Open sesame, Open Emilink Door” immediately the door swung opened. I hurriedly checked what was in the bags, they were 7 bags filled to the brim with money of different denominations and gold and silver. In awe I fainted for awhile, when I have recovered from my sudden shock. I went opposite the door and screamed “Close sesame, Close Emilink Doors” and to my surprise the door shut itself also. I waited until my wife came back and I disclosed this wonderful news to her and I even demonstrated it to her. And I took a from each bag some money without carrying any of the bag.
The next day I gave my wife money to settle some of our dept especially that which we owe my sister-in-law, James wife – Cassandra. After a month long of satisfaction from the money I collected, I repeated same every week without leaving a trace to the unknown armed men or anybody by living as usual without drawing attention to myself until I have saved enough money to build my house, my company and open a large supermarket for my wife in the city. Now I, my wife and my son are living happily ever after. So we always travel once in festive period to take photos in front of this Door of Fortune.

    Day 3
Much ado about doors. What’s so special doors anyways? Someone may ask.
Just as a cube has many sides, so can a door be ascribed several meanings. To me it is a reference point of elevation or depression, the right attitude is the key to open doors where preparedness meets opportunity that could open endless doors of opportunities, but on the downside the wrong attitude would attract close doors or even lock the door forever. I have been on both ends, learnt a lot and I know having a positive attitude is my best bet even in the face of failure .
On the flip side, from what I see depicted in movies, the huts and mud houses our fore fathers grew up in had no doors, it is suffice to say that the sense of security and the need for privacy over the years brought about the use of doors, but its use has grown beyond this, a good door also merits fashionable standards as it can accentuate the beauty of a house. Acquiring just any kind of door won’t just do it, from the look of things emilinks.com sure gets one covered on all points from residential to workplace with a wide range of choices to fit your needs and taste. This is the next stop for the best doors. Who knows better on the importance of doors. #Emilinks #Mydoorstory #Bellanaija #Day3

Firstly,Door is a moving Structure used to block off, and allow
access to, an entrance to or within an enclosed space, such
    as a building or vehicle.

Doors normally consist of a panel
that swings on hinges on the edge, but there are also doors
that slide or spin inside of a space. Similar exterior
structures to doors are called gates.

A doorway enables you to enter a room without breaking
    through the wall.
A door enables you to close that doorway for privacy,
    environmental or security reasons.
They are necessary if you want to be able to have some
privacy, keep pests and rain and cold out, and be secure.
When open, doors admit people , animals, ventilation or
light. As a form of courtesy and civility, people often
knock before opening a door and entering a room.

Doors as well serves as a source of Defense (Bulletproof Doors), when attacked by Armed robbers or Kidnappers.

A home without a door is a Life without Head.

OK, last night, my grandma told me a story about the days of old, she said everything has changed in this century, atleast, life is easier now. Back then, she had to suffer lack of accommodation, as she had ran away from her village, because of the love of her life. I remember her expression, when she talked about how Freely “Ojukwu” would walk in and out of her then mud room, especially on his way back from the farm. yes, they had no doors. “He would blow me kisses from outside, and run back into my arms”, she said with a smile.

It was in the same way, that she caught Ojukwu, kissing another girl in his own mud room, yes, for he too, had no door, and she could see through the room. She said she rushed into the room and smashed the metal calabash on Amarachi’s head. After that, she had to sleep in the bush that night, for fear that Ojukwu would WALK IN and kill her in her sleep. Ojukwu had come to her room, as she thought. In her absence, he had set her room on fire, for Amarachi, was with his child.
But she was thankful for today, she had a roof over her head, not only a house, but one with strong, durable, long-lasting and reliable doors like Emillink doors.

Just like Ojukwu could freely walk in and out of her house, doors let people in and out of our houses, it is the first thing they see, it tells them of the comfort and luxury awaiting them inside.

Ojukwu had no privacy, which led to the drastic accident between my grandma and Amarachi. Doors give us privacy to be in our own world.

My grandma had to sleep in the bush because her room had no door. Doors makes us secured in our houses, especially durable doors like Emillinks.

To some extent, doors make us proud, it gives a sense of ownership, you know that feeling when you say ” please lock my door”? Or when you lock your door on your way out? I thought so too! For me, when I am going out and remember my door is Emillink, I just dab! Because I have nothing to worry about!. #Emil inks. #my door story #day3. #Bellanaija

#MyDoorStory, ken would you ever stay by the door again? the worst place to be, isn’t it? We had just finished classes when Jack announced that the ball party was on, few hours after we had lost hope of the venue. Ken girl friend informed us all it was going to be ‘eat as much as you want party’. Oh poor Ken behind the door! The news was greeted with a loud shout! Item7! Item7! item 7! as people rushed through the door to grab a seat, Imagine such a stampede that Pushed Ken farther behind the door as the noise could not allow anyone hear his painful groan! On arrival to the venue Ken again shouted as he was trapped by the door the second time because of the rush and taken to a nearby clinic to treat the wound he sustained, behold, there were 4 terse looking men who escaped from gun shots who were caught with stolen electronic iron doors and brought for treatment at the clinic who met Ken and hit his head at the door handle while trying to escape arrest. Gosh! the gory site of Ken’s blood slowly running down the doors was my worst experience ever! #day3 #bellanaija #Emilink #mydoorstor

She kept calling my name, crying out, seeking for answers. She didnt know what to do. I was inside my room, thinking whether to open the door or not, I just kept staring at the door, thinking about what happened, how she betrayed my trust. The only thing standing between I and her is the door, just a twist of the knob. Tina was my very first love and i had swore i would do anything for our love. I finally decided to forgive her and give us a second chance. Next thing, open the door to your heart, your other half, your woman. And so i did, with care and courtesy to the door, and there was my Tina, my love, ever beautiful. I did, I opened the door to my love. Oops! Did i forget to mention? She had that door installed for the house, she said she liked it, i asked her why? she replied – because it’s from Emilinks!

There are always two doors to every classroom in my school. That night I was the last to leave the class after night class..I was heading for the door when I noticed a figure in front of the door outside the class room..I was scared I ran back to the other door but I realized it was locked. Then it hit me that the course rep always locks the door whenever we had professor Douglas’s lectures as locking the door was proff’s way of preventing students from sneaking through the back door as he takes attendance. The figure made its way through the door and into the classroom towards me. Suddenly,an idea came, I sprayed his eyes with my perfume which I always carry around in my bag as I headed for the door…I ran out and slammed the door..I was knocked over by something as I was running and when I woke up I was in the hospital with a lot of my classmates standing close to the door and they shouted in uniformity “APRIL FOOL “

    SUBSTANDARD DOORS ARE SIMPLY DISASEROUS!
    #MY DOORSTORY.
Front door my father would always say is your personality. maybe that was why he had overlooked the cringing backdoor. i can remember washing our front door with soap water n sponge but who cares abt the back door #abeg i no get time# i will say to myself.
“Everybody on the floor!” i snapped back my head to the super story i was watching thinking the voice came from the scene. no one could have screamed like that if not from the Tv. “i said lay down flat or i will bust your head” this time i was sure its from our flat. the armed gang had entered into our flat! from the backdoor!!! all hell broke loose as my gramma was knocked on the floor hitting her bombom on the hard floor. the last thing i can remember was my dad been hit on the belly b4 everything went black. i was told i had been knocked on the head 4 stubbornly seating on the chair but then i was in shock.
Every door is very important. and every lifes as well. Emilinks knows this and they are keeping it real! #team Emilinks! lets say no to substandard doors!!!

#MyDoorStory #Emilinks Day 3 – Doors are the first thing that people see when they come into a home. They have the power to affect a person mindset about the experience that they are going to have while they are inside. Having an imposing front entrance may make a person feel subconsciously that they are not going to be welcome in the home that they are visiting. If the front door is more inviting and gives an impression of warmth, the visitors will be more at home, and they will easily become comfortable with their surroundings. Even people who look at a home from afar can be influenced by the appearance of doors. doors that blend well with the rest of the home give an impression of good taste and of a well-kept home.
Doors also function as the home first line of defense against the elements of weather. They protect the home from various weather elements that may have negative effects such as wind and snow. Since doors are exposed to these elements, they must be durable enough to withstand them. These doors must also be sturdy enough to handle the wear and tear of everyday use caused by constant handling. These doors are knocked on, swung, and slammed multiple times a day, and so they should be able to take all the damage that this may bring, try @EmilinksNG doors they are durable enough to withstand them #MyDoorstory

#DAY3 #EmilinksNG #MyDoorStoryThe man who comes back through the Door in the Wall will never be quite the same as the man who went out. #Day3 #Emilinks #MyDoorStory …. The more doors you open to the mysteries, or sacred knowledge, the smaller you feel. And because you begin to feel smaller and smaller until your ego disappears, the more humble you become. Therefore, any man who behaves arrogantly with what little he knows, or claims to know all, only reveals to all that he really knows nothing. Real greatness does not reside inside those who feel large. The truly wise are meek. Yet being small and meek do not make one weak. Arming oneself with true knowledge generates strong confidence and a bold spirit that makes you a lion of God. The Creator does not want you to suffer, yet we are being conditioned by society to accept suffering, weak and passive dispositions under the belief that such conditions are favorable by God. Weakness is not a virtue praised by God. How could he desire for you to be weak if he tells us to stand by our conscience? Doing so requires strength. However, there is a difference between arrogance when inflating your ego, and confidence when one truly gets closer to God. One feels large, while the other feels small. Why? Because a man of wisdom understands that he is just a small pea in a sea of infinite atoms, and that in the end — we are all connected. And did you not know that the smaller a creature is, the bolder its spirit?

#Day3 #Emilinks #MyDoorStory …. The human ego is the ugliest part of man. We lift up men who only show us darkness, and put down those brave enough to show us the light. Likewise, people engage in darkness when it is light outside, and acknowledge the light only when it is dark. We abandon those fighting for us to cheer behind those fighting against us. And, we only remember good people and God when it is convenient for us, and take them for granted because their doors are always open – only to chase after closed doors and personalities void of substance and truth.

A door is a gateway for entry and exit. The same door that served as your exit out of a place can also function as your entry back into the place…so we must be careful how we use the door. I had a friend in high school back then. He was a very nice guy but I later came to detest his guts and the audacity with which he does his things. I wouldn’t want to deny the fact that I was probably jealous that he is becoming too popular and taking the shine off me. We had confrontations that are common to guys and the rift tore our friendship apart and we almost swore never to have anything to do with each other again. But I learnt to handle the case maturedly and found a way to make up with him at the expense of my ego. A few years down the line I was seeking for admission into the university and this same friend connected me to the Vice Chancellor of the university because he was a friend to the VC’s son. What if I didn’t make up? What if I slammed that door permanently behind me? This was when I remembered the saying: “Never slam the door on your way out, you might return one day and have to make use of that same door”, and this has proven to be a very vital lesson that has become my door story. #Emilinks #MyDoorStory #Day3

I remember the game we use to play with my neighbours back then as children when we go out with our parents- when we are a few metres from the house we will start running and whoever gets home first will be the winner. I always win and therefore I always initiated the game. One day my neighbour changed the rule and said whoever gets into his flat first will be the winner and will take the protein (meat) from the lunch of the loser. Off we went and as usual as I outran him and got to the door leading to our flat and behold I could not open the door, much as I tried I couldn’t as our door became stiff. Then Uche my neighbour came like 20 second later and opened their door with ease, went in and became the winner. Not only did I forfeit the chunk of meat in my lunch that day, I also lost my interest in athletics as I never ever participated in that game again. Now I wish we had Emilinks doors in our house then, I certainly would have won that game, developed my running skills and probably be in Rio Olympics 2016 representing Nigeria. I advise all parents to get Emilinks doors, it can keep the dreams of your wards alive in many more ways than one. #Emilinks #MyDoorStory #Day3 #BellaNaija

    Day 4

    #EMILINKS DOOR, MY HUSBANDS’ VINDICATOR!

My husband thought it was a trivial matter, until our neighbours decided to call the police. Mr. John walked straight to him like a soldier in a crucial mission and said, “Why did you do this to us?,” What are you talking about?”, my husband asked. “How much will be your share?”, he ranted, my husband was beginning to get irritated by his offensive questions, when he saw two uniformed men, “look at him” another of our neighbours said pointing at my husband and without hesitation they accosted him, held him by his belt and the tall dark one said, ” so you are the one”, “I am confused” my husband replied, ” don’t worry when we are done with you, you will be convinced” he shouted, with veins all over his face. “Lead us to your room” the other short and fat one said.

And like a sheep to be slaughtered, my husband led them to our room. On reaching the doorpost, they asked simultaneously, “Is this your room?”, “Yes” my husband replied. Like statues, they stood for a while, looking at our door and immediately, he took his hand off my husbands’ belt and touched our door, saying ” Is this a product of #Emilinks?”, ” yes sir ” my husband replied, ” Did you say they tried to break into your room but couldn’t?”, “Yes sir, my husband replied again, ” We are not surprise”, he said immediately to our neighbours standing behind us.

He continued, pointing to my husband, “This man is innocent, he didn’t pay any group or robbers to rob this compound. And as a matter of fact, the hoodlums tried breaking into his room but his vindicator was this #Emilinks door, its security is highly classy. The robbers broke into your rooms because your doors allowed them; this is not the first testimony. Last week, we experienced the same case from the next street, so let him be and I advice you all to go for #Emilinks doors if you want your homes safe and secure, CASE DISMISS!” He then looked at my husband and said, ” we are sorry for the embarrassment sir. Thanks to Emilinks door for vindicating you” and my husband replied “Go for your sins are forgiven. #Emilinks #MyDoorStory

“I am the door, by me if any man
enters in, he shall be saved and shall go in and out, and find pasture.” (Life Security and maintenance)

Once upon a time a baby boy was born. He grew up with an excellent spirit and was very outstanding in all his ways. Despite that he was a God in form of man yet he was very humble, submissive, godly, meek and mild. He performed many wonders and did extraordinary things. And today, it is because of him that we are alive, he borne the cursed which was placed on us and sacrificially, he gave his lives for us at Calvary.

    THE HERO DOOR
My house is located in a remote part of ikorodu, Lagos state. with the recent attacks by militants and cultists, the neighbourhood proves unsafe and uninhabitable. several families fled their homes at the wake of attacks by militants and cultists. On several occasion, homes were penetrated and broken into while properties and lives were lost. On a fateful day, my family escaped death after the door we relied so much was penetrated. We erected another door the next day which didn’t stand the test of time. It was broken down with just a kick from a a member of the cultist group.
Prior to the series of attacks, i once visited my friend on the island around badagry axis who kept telling me about the superdoor his dad bought. I informed my dad quickly and he bought this door. My mum and siblings were scared of returning home but my dad and i convinced them we should give the new door a trial.
The day we erected this new door marked the beginning of safe and sound sleep in our home. Despite the militants tireless efforts to break in, this new door stood “gidigba”. that night, we slept, snore and felt safe.
We woke up the next morning, and mummy asked, what is the name of this angel door? It was then that daddy realised he bought the door without taking cognizance of the name. Daddy went to his room and brought out the receipt, lo and behold, its EMILINKS DOOR. We all shouted and spend the next few days marketing EMILINKS DOORS to the few people left in the neighbourhood and people started purchasing theirs and the homes in the neighbourhood started feeling safe for the first time after a long time. With the news of EMILINKS DOORS serving as the guardian angel, most people began to return back to their homes. Today, we at ikorodu feels safe with the help of our hero door-EMILINKS!!!

Doors, no matter how much you love them, the story changes when you’re stranded without “access” to go beyond it. Well, keys are mostly the “access” to doors and beyond.
That feeling you have when you just lost your key or when the key was locked up inside the room.
I was in the reading room of my hall, very hungry but struggling to meet the target of reading a number of pages before taking a break.
My phone rang, and I heard my bunkie say “I mistakenly jammed the door with the key inside the room” What! That was the only key to the room, I rushed down quickly with the hope that we probably didn’t lock the back door, but what was I thinking, my bunkie wouldn’t have called unless she had checked and the back door was locked too. I forgot about how hungry I was and the pages I wanted to cover.
I got downstairs and found people at the door trying several keys to open it, but the door wouldn’t bulge. Yet, we could see the key on the table through the window. Eventually we decided to tear the net, remove some louvers and have someone go in through the window.
I wish we didn’t, we had just finished removing the first louvers which later on got broken, when a neighbor brought a long rod with a nail, I initially didn’t believe it would work, she passed it through the torn net and hooked the key rope with the nail, and gradually brought out the key.
We shouted for joy, and thanked her and others who came to our rescue.
Secured doors like emilinks would meet your safety and security needs, which is the second in the Abraham Maslow heirachy of needs. We actually need to feel a sense of safety, don’t u think?
Well, ensure you are not stranded loosing your “access” to the door and beyond. That’s #mydoorstory #emilinks #day6
