Happy new month! You know what time it is, Ignite GLA’s monthly fellowship is around the corner and we are earnestly looking forward to it. The fellowship for April 2019 is themed ‘Healing’, specifically mental and emotional healing.

Have you had any experiences that have caused you hurt and pain? Do you carry any burden in your heart that makes it difficult for you to live freely? You are not alone, at one point or the other, we have all had instances that have brought about mental and emotional discomfort. We know how easy it is to carry on with life and shove these issues into a box at the back of our minds only dealing with them when absolutely necessary. The truth is, this is not how God wants us to live. He has an amazing life planned out for us and in Jesus Christ, we have complete freedom.

God is calling us to bring our pain and burden to His feet, He is calling us to be real and open with Him. He wants to heal us so that we can live fully and freely in His love, peace, and joy and express this love to others. Join Ignite GLA as we go into an intimate time of worship with God and bare our hearts to Him. Mairo Ese will be joining us and it promises to be a great time fellowshipping with believers, there will also be refreshments served after the program. Ignite is the youth fellowship of Guiding Light Assembly. We are the young members of the GLA family – young men and women in business, young couples, young entrepreneurs; all young Christians who love Jesus and are trying to figure out how to live the Word in an increasingly complicated world. We meet on the first Saturday of every month to gist with the Holy Spirit, ask a lot of questions and to find out what He has to say about our everyday issues.
