Best of Nollywood Awards: First Photos

Things continue to bubble in our nascent film industry, Nollywood as practitioners came out to honour their own in the inaugural edition of the ‘Best Of Nollywood’ Awards. Organised by Seun Oloketuyi, the publisher of the magazine by the same name, the event which took place this evening is to celebrate the achievements of those who have distinguished themselves in the industry in 2009.
Some categories of Awards and their nominees are;
Best Actor(English): Mike Ezuruonye, Ramsey Nouah, Yemi Blaq, Clem Ohaneze and Ricardo Agbor.
Best Actress(English): Ini Edo, Rita Dominic, Omotola Jalade,Bhaira McNwizu, Portia Yamaha.
Best Director: Izu Ojukwu, Daniel Ademinokan, Muyiwa Ademola.
Best Supporting Actress : Mercy Johnson, Omoni Oboli, Anne Macauley, Mosun Filani, Toyin Alausa.
Revelation of the Year: Nse Ikpe-Etim, Kelechi Ohia, Lola Shokeye, Bisi Komolafe, Kehinde Bankole.
TV Personality of the Year: Mo Abudu, Frank Edoho, Denrele Edun.
Radio Personality of the Year: Tosyn Bucknor, Dan Foster, Freeze.
Movie of the Year: Distance Between, Omo Iya Kan, Reloaded, Cindy’s Notes, Okuta.
