Ingredients:
3 Cups Rice
3 Tbsp Tomato Paste
2 Pimento Pepper (subst. Tatashe)
1 Large Onion (divided into 2)
1 Habanero or Chili
2 Ripe Plum Tomatoes
6 Tbsps Veg Oil
3 to 3-1/2 Cups Chicken Stock
1 Tsp Thyme
1 Tsp Curry
2 Seasoning Cubes
Salt To Taste
1/2 Tsp Ginger
2 Bay leaves
