The Victoria's Riflebird is the Ultimate Dab Maestro! Watch it Show Off to Attract Females

If you are still looking for dance dab lessons, look no further! We’ve got a master dabber (or is it dabbist?) who has been doing this for centuries – the Victoria’s Riflebird! Paul Pogba doesn’t even come close!

According to Wikipedia, the bird was discovered by Scottish naturalist John Macgillivray for English ornithologist John Gould in 1848 and is named after Queen Victoria of the United Kingdom.

When a male is displaying to attract a female, the bird first erects the feathers of its throat and sides to accentuate the bright colours of his plumage and then curves its rounded wings above its body.

It then begins to curve its left and right wings alternatively, moving its head in opposite direction to the curve so as to expose its bright-coloured throat and chin.

This movement, brethren, is the ultimate dab! Check on it and tell us what you think.
