Oh, shut up! Should there be no quality in what one does? Get out of the mediocre mindset, expecting anything thrown at you because you couldn’t do it yourself. Do you see one model’s face that look good? Would you run out and purchase this makeup based on the photos we see here? Nobody wear makeup so their face can look greasy and white, good grief! I do not know which is worse, the makeup or the lame wigs. #tragic

Some of us do wish we can do makeup as good as she does. Moreover this is about Oge n her makeup line. Kudos!! Everyone dey hustle, Na God dey bless.

      June 5, 2014 at 9:17 am

Cake sure looks similar and I think this “Fyxy hater” is hating cos her makeup is actually quite good.
PS why is this actress launching a makeup line with no experience as a makeup artist who tends to knows more about makeup and what’s good for the skin? Stick to Tara & BMPro and even MAC #myopinion

A lot can be gained from constructive criticism not insults and negative ranting; encouraging her will help her do better, we should learn to embrace our own just like other nations do!
well done Oge Okoye and may you succeed as you grow and learn more.

    June 5, 2014 at 9:29 am

With the right application by a good make up artist, even “inferior” products can look good on people. To imagine that this is a make up range by a “celebrity” so it should be of good quality. I think Oge should have gone the whole hog and hired a pro make up artiste. Matter of fact, that event should have had a couple of make up artistes in attendance, she should have sent them samples in advance for reviews and gotten crisp before and after photos.

Seeing all the models for the make up line look so unpolished and unfinished tells me this is one make up line I wouldn’t be spending money on anytime soon. Even my N100 Island Beauty Blue flame looks better than this. And to imagine that that container is the outlet? She should have used her friends who have boutiques and stores e.g FancyNancy and used their stores as an outlet.

All said and done, congrats Oge on launching your business. May this be the beginning of a beautiful make up empire.

Honestly, which villa did she get her models from? And who was the facial designer who painted those faces? NO NoNo! Is it me or why do I think there’s something wrong with Ebube’s face these days? She is looking so trashy and her makeup is so horrible.

  29. Nonie

    June 5, 2014 at 12:14 pm

Thumps up Oge! but seriously, I think you flawed in so many ways. There are wonderful make-up artiste out there that are so so so affordable. you should have gotten one of them if indeed you are out to cut cost. I’m assuming you did the make-up for the models. lol. Anything worth doing, is indeed worth doing well. You are trying to sell a new makeup brand to Nigerians who are already used to names like Mac, Mary kay, Sleek, Zara, Iman, Tara and host of others. how do you intend sway them away from these products to get yours? with these sort of packaging? Nne m, ebe ahu ka I dara ya oooo. better package yourself and your bizness well ooo if you really need patronage.
