If you missed it we’ve got the highlights for you!
..
Biggie no fit code am
Biggie has always asked the Housemates to get creative in their thinking and it seems Bisola has taken Biggie’s advice literally. She got into a very suggestive conversation with Bally and you can guess the topic of their discussion.
They had been joking about the fact that there were cameras in every corner of the House to ensure that Biggie has an eye on everything, but Bisola quickly told him that there was a corner in the House, and armed with a few blankets, they can hide away from the all-seeing eyes of Big Brother.
Bisola and Bally walked into the garden and proceeded to the laundry area, where Bisola pulled a few blankets off the clothing lines and started draping them over the top of the rack and around, trying to create a makeshift tent.
They both quickly exclaimed that they didn’t plan to do anything but were just allowing their minds run wild.
See Gobbe music video shoot
The mood in the House has been upbeat all day as the housemates blitzed through their morning workout and got around to cleaning the House. With the house cleaned satisfactorily to their taste, some of the Housemates decided to take a short nap while the others sat around for some small talk involving some of the ex-Housemates.
Dressed up and ready for the day, all the Housemates decided to go over the synopsis of their shoot once again and while they sat around deliberating on the shots and which angles to use, they all seemed pleasantly shocked to hear their own voices coming through on the PA system.
The See Gobbe track they had recorded just two days ago by legendary producer Don Jazzy when he visited the House was blaring over the speakers and the Housemates had two separate responses to the track. They first all sat down with their heads bowed listening to every inflexion from the song; at the end of the song, they all got up to hug and congratulate each other on such a sterling job before sending shout outs to Biggie and Don Jazzy.
By the second play of the track, they all got up and started dancing to their own songs and it was evident that the catchy tunes had them all encapsulated in its magical notes and lyrics. With Biggie calling HoH Efe and the appointed DOP Bassey into the Diary Room to explain their video concept properly, the Housemates realised the time for their shoot was near and they all had to bring their A-Game.
And true to fact, Biggie sent in a Brief informing the Housemates that it was time for them to bring their creativity and concepts to life. Biggie also informed the Housemates that there was a box in the Store Room filled with all the props they would require to shoot their musical video, and with that, they all got busy helping each other get dressed.
Getting down to business
It’s been a long journey leading up to this moment but all their preparation is finally paying off. Bisola took charge as assistant director staging the first shot of the evening in the garden. It featured TBoss, decked out in the colours of the Nigerian flag and Bassey and Efe playing football in the background. They were barely done with the take when the doorbell rang and they all rushed to see who was there to visit. The DNA Twins came through the doors and everyone was delighted to see them again.
Making sure to take full advantage of the little daylight remaining they immediately got to work shooting all the twins’ cameos. The celebrity guests were both quite gracious too, making sure that the Housemates remained the focus of the music video in every shot. First, they flanked Efe as he dropped his rap verse then danced alongside Marvis as she delivered her own bars. Before long the buzzer sounded and it was time for the twins to say their goodbye’s.
TBoss got more camera action as she continued to play the role of the Nigerian beauty while Bassey and Bally danced alongside her singing the words to the song. The chemistry was palpable. Debie-Rise and Bisola then got their moments in the limelight before everyone rushed to the kitchen to recharge their batteries and take a much-needed break.
Next, everyone moved to the Arena where the Housemates started setting up for another scene. It was clear only a few scenes in that they had a long night ahead of them and some of them were already dreading the shots they’ll have to do tomorrow for the viral video and short film.
