The USM Company launches Educative Children’s Channel on Youtube

The USM Company (Producers of the USM show with Ufuoma) recently launched a children’s channel on YouTube.

The lead actors of the USM show Children’s Channel, Isio and Kesiena McDermott were excited to welcome/host their friends, classmates and a few parents to an official launch which took place over the weekend on November 1st, 2019 at Daati’s Pride School to the delight of the children.

There was loads of fun, play, sing-alongs, lots to eat and drink. They finally settled down to watch a compilation of a few videos.

From October 10th,  2019, videos have been consistently uploaded to the channel to engage children.

One of the directors of the USM company; Ufuoma McDermott states that the idea behind the USM Kids channel to use media to engage kids in fun and general learning but also subtly teach them about our African norms and culture.

The MD, Daati’s Pride School, Azuka Ekpe is of the opinion that a kid’s life is not all “School” and must be balanced with play and other activities as they grow. They have since partnered with The USM Company on this project.
