I’ve been asked several times if there is a way Bread rolls can be made without the Oven? The answer is yes. Watch to see how. 🙂 Here’s my recipe for making Bread Rolls. I’ve been using this recipe for a long time now and it has never failed. It’s so soft and tasty.
4 Cups of flour (plus about a handful or less for kneading)
4 Tablespoon Melted Butter
1 Tbs Yeast
2 Eggs + 1 more for Egg wash
1 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Warm Milk
1/4 Cup Sugar + 2 Tsp for proofing the Yeast
Note: The dough should be really soft so try as much as possible to use as little flour as possible during the kneading process to ensure the best result. If you are using a machine (stand mixer or food processor) for this you can add an additional 1 to 2 Tablespoons. Even if the Dough is soft don’t get worked up, as soon as the Dough is well kneaded the gluten will develop and an elastic and soft dough will be formed.
