  • 2 Cups Rice
  • 3 Cups Water
  • 2 Pieces Tamarind (3 to 4 inches/piece)
  • 4 Tablespoon Oil
  • Scotch Bonnet/Chili
  • 3/4 Cup Diced Onion
  • 1 Stock Cube
  • 1 Teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 Teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Bell Pepper
  • Salt To Taste
  • Mixed Vegetables (of choice)
