Nominations Unveiled for AMAA 2023 Tribute Edition | See Full List
The organisers of the Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA) have announced the nominations for this year’s edition of the award.
Billed as the “Renaissance: Legacy in Motion” edition, this year’s event will honour the memory of its founder, Peace Anyiam-Osigwe, who passed away in January.
According to the organisers, “It’s no news that this year is a sad one for us. This will be the first AMA Awards without our founder, Ms. Peace Anyiam-Osigwe, MFR. Hence, this edition is a reunion of sorts, our way of keeping her alive by honouring her legacy in motion.”
