The official launch of radio station Urban96.5FM held over the weekend on Friday, 8th of July at the Lekki Colliseum Rooftop in Lekki, Lagos.

The event was attended by several people in the entertainment industry including Sika Osei, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Oreka Godis, Elma Godwin, Taje Prest, Seyitan Atigarin, Ngozi Zed-eye, Denola Adepetun, Pearl Cady, DJ Lambo, Skales, Vicktor, Immaculate, Mr. 2Kay, Illbliss, Sound Sultan, Olu Maintain and more.

Urban 96.5FM kicked off operation earlier this month in Lagos, as the first branch of the URBAN96 FM Radio Network.
