dreamstime_l_55115292It’s the very first edition of BN Self-Examine Sundays – it’s a means to add inspirational messages to your new week from day 1. The inspiration is gathered from all aspects of life, from commitment to well-being and even how to boost your daily morale.

It is evident in the way we communicate with others at low points in our lives that as individuals we can find it hard to prevent ourselves from feeling as though our lives have become one big repetitive cycle consisting of the same routine week after week.

And the problematic part to this negative mindset is that if somehow there is no immediate progress  in one’s life, we do begin to lose motivation as the week/month and year goes on.

In most religions and cultures, Sunday is designated as a day to rest or tap into your subconsciousness and reflect on your inward being to adjust your outward interactions and actions. – How will you renew your mind this week?

Here is a video from beauty and fashion vlogger Shirley B. Eniang on how to use 5 feel goods to help you jump start awesomeness within and around you.

Entries for BN Self-Examine Sunday can be sent to [email protected] and let us share more positivity in our world that is unforgivably clouding us with negativity.
