I was invited once at a Cameroonian party ( Engagement Party) in Guinea Conakry where there is a good number of expats.. This Dish the way my Cameroonian sisters advertised it… when I tasted it.. I JUST DONT LIKE IT.. I has too many things mixed up and messed up going on …… I truly don’t like it at all… and cameroonians don’t have the ingredients that make food have the zest.. also the same day they cooked also another dish called: Ndoleh.. i don’t like it either.. it looks like Egussi but, i just don’t like it.. it is all white .. and the leaves make it taste a little bitter.. Sorry no offense it is just my opinion and a personal one.

my granny taught me to always wash your chicken with salt and vinegar.. many women don’t do that and CHICKEN HAS A BAD SCENT… IT SMELLS LIKE WET DOG… OR WHITE PEOPLE’S WET HAIR.. CHICKEN SHOULD BE CLEANED, WASHED WITH VINEGA AND SALT TO CUT THE FOWL SMELL.. GEE!! FOR ME TO EAT CHICKEN , I REALLY HAVE TO KNOW YOU WELL.. I EAT MY MUM;S, SISTERS AND ONE OF MY JAMAICAN FRIEND SHE ALWAYS WASHES HER CHIKCEN WITH VINEGAR AND SALT..
