On Thursday, eCommerce company, PayPorte, one of the headline sponsors of the ongoing Big Brother Naija invited four former housemates of the #BBNaija 2017 House.

Those invited were Uriel, who was evicted last Sunday, fake housemates, Ese and Jon, and Kemen who was disqualified for touching a housemate inappropriately during her sleep.

Please people should allow Kemen heal and move on in life. He has admitted to his wrongs and has apologised. Whether you accept the apology or not, that’s your own glass of brandy. Everyone has got a second chance. Nigerians are always fond of shaming and labelling people as if they are any better in reality. You who is condemning him and asking for people not to associate with him, we know you do even worse, just because no one knows what you do in your closet. God has forgiven him that’s what matters, so your illicit opinion doesnt count. It’s never that deep. Take life easy and allow people have a second chance to live a better lifestyle. Is it until he commits suicide you will let go of him? Smh! Shame!!!!

So kemen is caught on CAMERA sexually assaulting a woman and he hasn’t been arrested? The police should have been waiting for him as soon as he left the house smh
If he has sexually assaulted a man they would have killed him by now!

Sometimes I don’t know whether to laugh or cry at my people. The biggest criminals will always reign triumphant in this lawless land. In a country where morality is at an all time low, worshiping success by any means necessary for fame and materialism, means most have no ethics.

But that’s wrong in all honesty. Y associate with this person? If u want to help him, send him to rehab. I know they said the owner of payporte is a Bassey meaning he’s from same area but what is wrong is wrong. If he had gone all d way & raped her, would apology bring back what he has collected? Better stay in dat ur uyo, cos I heard u pipo use sex as kola so u don’t see it as anything, don’t want to see u in Abuja. We in Abuja love TBOSS . That video left a bad taste in me, you just spoilt Bigbrother 4 me, u shdnt hav gone knowing ur problem cos it was obvious u were constantly on heat. I can’t even look at ur photo in any blog talk more of seeing u physically. Stay where such a thing is welcomed. Nkita!

STOP IT! just stop right now! Rape/sexual assault is not a sin, it’s a CRIME! Put your big girl panties on sweetheart. If you do wrong you will be judged by the public and rightly so. If you do bad enough you will be judged in a real court of law. Go and tell that kindergarten story to the judicial system when you get caught. God will forgive your trifling behind behind bars. Oshisko! Every time don’t judge don’t judge msschew ????

GTFOHWTBS. Seriously, get the fuck outta here with that bullshit!!!

It’s not about being self-righteous. What is right is right and what is wrong is wrong. He is a sex offender, and he did not give an apology. Just because you are used to either sexually abusing people without having them speak out or you have constantly been told that whatever sexual abuse you suffered is your fault, THIS IS WRONG!

Leave Jesus the fuck out of this. You have your own brain and mind to think. We are not speaking of this as a sin. It’s a fucking crime you overzealous religious nut. So what if Jesus forgives, that’s his fucking problem. We’re on Earth dealing with this shit so address that.

The age of Social media. There is no such thing as bad publicity. For all you know this controversy may end up with this chap smiling to the bank.

      March 11, 2017 at 4:19 pm

Smiling to the bank? Ema tan ara yin. Payporte themselves haven’t even blown, let’s face facts. Since 2013 that they have been sponsoring Big brother, what have they achieved? Do you think payporte is Jumia or Konga? How many Nigerians buy/sell on Payporte. If you work in PR or know anything in Marketing & Advertising; you’ll know that no reputable company/brand will use Kemen for anything. Go figure.

I dont think it is right for Payporte to trivialise Kemen’s actions. I dont think we appreciate the gravity of what he did/was attempting to do (and yes, under both Nigerian and South African laws, attempted sexual assault is a crime. As it was committed under SA soil, I can bet you that Kemen did not come back to Naij on the next flight. He must have gone through series of questioning and investigation, and only intervention of the organisers etc, would have bailed him out.

Now to my issue, Payporte was wrong by promoting him so quickly, the matter is not even yet one week old and they are asking us to send questions to Kemen, the only question I have for him is “Why did you sexually assault TBoss?”,

It is not about who holy pass, it is about setting examples for others and showing that we as a people and as a brand (in the case of Payporte) stand against sexual abuse.

It is simply because the victim was TBoss that we are looking at it lightly and asking that it be forgotten. Forgotten keh? Not so soon my darlings, not so soon.

It is unfortunate it is him but he put himself in that position and he must be made an example out of so that our boys AND GIRLS can know that it is NOT OKAY to put your fingers into a sleeping persons panties.

The preponderance of people bashing TBoss are women, quite a shame that women are their own worst enemies.

Debie also kissed a sleeping man, that was wrong but you cannot equate slapping a person’s face to stabbing him in the chest.

Ppl also mentioned TBoss ‘ nudist tendencies as well as asking Kemen for a massage is invitation to defile her! So when you go to the spa to get a massage, have you then given consent for the masseuse to slip his fingers into your vagina or butthole? Kemen’s brother has been frantically supporting his actions and it greatly saddens me as to how people are brought up. If an action with live video evidence cannot touch your heart, how will you believe when a unilag girl who innocently goes clubbing with friends and gets raped reports it to you.
I hear police officers will even ask if the victim was a virgin!

    Say no to sexual abuse.

He hasn’t even met with the victim to apologise in person for violating her on national TV. Utterly disappointed in payporte. This tboss/kemen incident brought back memories I thought I’d forgotten. Nigeria truly is a lawless place. How does a sexual predator get “pardoned” and given celebrity status just ‘cos he offered a pathetic excuse of an apology??? In a better country that guy would have been slapped with a criminal charge by now. Abi is sexual harassment no longer a crime? I hope Tboss sues him when she gets out.

@californiabawlar,God bless you loads for your comment. What is the correlation between sin an crime? We are too religious in this country, everything God. Imagine the comments,go a sin no more, who are we to judge, who is without sin etc, really! This is why fathers, uncles, brother in laws, brothers, boyfriends etc will continue to sexually assault, harass, molest, rape our women.
Kemen isn’t even sorry or genuine in his apology,he talked about playing the game, that was a sorry excuse of an apology. He definitely doesn’t see/think he did anything wrong.
This is why we aren’t moving forward as a country. The same guy who said he mixes knorr inside coke to subdue/weaken women,so sex will take place.. He is lucky it didn’t happen in the UK,USA etc, We keep allowing men get away with things, and then we come out doing interviews up and down the place.. Instead of payporte to hook him up with a psychologist, they are busy allowing him grant interviews. Rubbish..

I will NEVER use payporte again. In a sane country, this guy would be behind bars and on a sex offenders list. His ‘apology’ and pathetic PulseTV interview shows that he has NO remorse nor does he understand why what he did was wrong. For a company to be associated with a sexual predator like him? PATHETIC.

I’m really restraining myself from making conclusions about your level of intelligence. But let’s just say your analogy is simple-minded and immature. To clarify a bit for you. Sin is only recognized in your place of worship and between you and your God. Outside of that you would have committed a crime. CRIME. Didn’t Jesus say give what is Caesars unto Caesar? Yeah…

madam take it easy nah…..she was not able to give consent my black yansh!!! reminds me of the case of that chic that accused footballer Ched evans of rape eventhough she was also banging his friend in the same bed. Evans was finally found not guilty after a series of retrails. Bill clinton raped and had sex with a number of women while married to Hilary, yet he became America’ s most celebrated president, Bill Cosby had been shagging alot of young teens ladies in the playboy house, yet he had the most famous family focus reality series in the 80s-90s, many of the biggest hollywood stars started of as soft porn actors/actresses, today u guys celebrate them more than Jesus, Robin van persie was in jail for 2 weeks for allegations of rape, he came out and continued his life, how about that the famous mug shot guy u ladies were droolling over becos of his sexy looks eventho he was a convicted felon but later moved on to be a model….would you have had such outrage if the tables were turned? i doubt. So take a chill abeg

To those saying that any publicity is publicity and companies with call Kemen for endorsements, if you guys know a thing or two about the media, public relations or branding, no such thing will happen. 85% of brands will not want to be affiliated with him because they won’t want to tarnish their image and they won’t want any form of jeopardy. Payporte is yet to be established, forget them sponsoring BBA and BBN, they’re not on the same level with Konga, Jumia or even Kaymu and DealsDey, so this was and is a wrong move for them. If you think I’m joking, ask anyone in Advertising or Public Relations.

OJ I think u are very confused either that or u need help. Bill Clinton had affairs (had concensual sex ) which is why he is still able to show his face in public. Bill Cosby sexuality assaulting minors only came out in 2016, now it is out he is being dealt with. Chad Evans walked in an assumed cause he is famous pple should want to have sex with him. Actually the lady preferred his less famous friend. I mean serious just because u snagged Bose does not mean u want to shag Bose’s less attractive friend because she walked In on u guys in the act. And the handsome criminal was not convicted of a sex crime. What kemen is accused of is a sex crime and needs to dealt with appropriately.
