As part of its drive to engage, showcase and reward young creative people in Nigeria’s social media space, telecoms giant Globacom is kicking off Nigeria’s biggest online talent hunt aptly tagged Glo in 60 Seconds. The talent hunt is open to talented Nigerians online who would be required to submit 1-minute videos of themselves performing their talents across any field, from music and dance to comedy, poetry and much more.
Participants are expected to follow Glo on any of their social media pages @Globacomlimited on Instagram, @Gloworld on Twitter and Gloworld on Facebook, record and upload a 1-minute music/dance/skit video on any of their social media pages using #Gloin60seconds and register online.
The online campaign is set to run for 8 weeks where 7 lucky people will win 50,000 weekly, after which a grand finale follows where N200,000 consolation prizes will be presented to 5 runners-up and a grand prize of 1 million Naira to the overall winner.

To participate in the talent hunt, prospective participants are advised to follow these steps:
Record a 1 minute skit/dance or music video and upload on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram using the hashtag #GLOIN60SECONDS and tag Glo’s official handle
Visit Gloworld.com/gloin60seconds to register
An OTP would be sent via SMS to your phone. Input the code sent on the website for verification to complete your registration.
However, the company advises participants to visit www.gloworld.com/gloin60seconds while it reserves the right to apply terms and conditions for the talent hunt.
