Kaela Kay Fall Winter 2014 Collection - Bellanaija - November2014015

Ever since we saw the Spring/Summer 2014 collection from Ghanaian designer Catherine Addai of Kaela Kay, we get giddy every time we get wind of a new collection.

For her latest collection, we get a reflection of the ultimate and current Kaela Kay woman – one who is not afraid to wear African prints in large quantities, combinations and colours. The pieces in the collection are flattering, bold, graceful and distinctive with elegant silhouettes and bold colours that make them perfect for a bevy of occasions.

Signature to the Kaela Kay brand, the collection also showcases stripes, peplum, lace, grand skirts and signature colours that make for great fashion.

I feel the same way. Love the design aesthetic and the quality of the work. It’s the quality of the material that doesn’t always work. There are better quality Ankara fabrics out there. However, I’d still love to cop a few pieces.
