“Refined Opulence” – Lady Biba debuts Holiday ’14 Collection featuring MBGN Tourism 2013 Powede Lawrence

We’ve seen some of our red carpet-ready fashionistas rock some of these pieces, but now you get to see the full collection from womenswear designer – Lady Biba.

Showcasing bold solid colours, sequined fabrics, structured necklines on dinner gowns, mullet dresses with shoulder cut-outs, jumpsuits and more, the Holiday 2014 “Refined Opulence” collection from Lady Biba screams fabulously chic! The collection is modeled by MBGN Tourism 2013 Powede Lawrence with a dark & sultry makeup to add drama to the lookbook.

    I really like this. Most, if not all of the outfits are actually wearable as well as stylish. The finishing could be better, but is also not too bad. Nice one.

    lupita nyongo-nairobi blue prada dress she wore to the 2014 oscar awards

    rihanna- sparkling transparent adam selman gown she wore to the CFDA awarda

    solange knowles-kenzo humberto leon white wedding gown

    omoni oboli-plunging blue gown she wore to the screening of her movie being miss elliot at aso rock villa.

    beyonce- tom ford leotard, she wore at the 2014 vma performance.

      That’s good – she could also do fashion moments as an entirety such as maki oh being invited to the White house , orange culture at lvmh and at vogue Italia , Lagos fashion and design week 2014 , Eku edewor is a moment haha e.t.c

      Very very true BN, u should create a page for the most sold fashion designer of the year please, its very nessary for the designers and their retailers and customers. It keeps the business going, so designers can put more efforts even tho they are good. Africa needs to take over.

    the last two r my favourites……… keep up the good work. only needs a tiny bit more sophistication ……. maybe its d finishing ……… am not sure. otherwise really remarkable effort and beautiful collection.

    I also came here for Powede. The girl is absolutely gorgeous. Then I didn’t “see” powede. This makeup is atrocious and it takes away the beauty and grace powede adds to everything she wears. *sigh*

    sorry guys…the photo shoot was about the clothing and not powede, do you sit back to watch fashion shows? the models always keep a straight face so the focus is on the dress and not on deir pretty/handsome faces…powede is fineeeeeeeee we know, but this was about a clothing line and not her, if you wanna keep seeing her fine face then stick to instagram, just saying no dis here….xx
