Floral Accents! Funke Adepoju Unveils a Beautiful Resort 2016 Collection
When you think of Summer, you envision warm and pretty pastels, floral scents and scenery and buoyant hues.
For eponymous womenswear fashion label, Funke Adepoju, they have adopted all these elements, and created a collection of all things floral. The “A Very Floral Dream” collection was created with a vivid homage with laser cut and print fabrics which produced strong, minimal, structured silhouettes paired with bright colours and prints.
According to the Creative Director of the brand, Funke Adepoju – “This collection was born out of my floral obsession merged with my love for unique fabrics to create pieces that speak to the Funke Adepoju woman who is sophisticated without being intrusive.“
We are also excited to announce that the brand will showcase its Spring/Summer collection at the oncoming Lagos Fashion and Design Week 2015.

Lovely dresses, but let me ask, how does one showcase a ‘Spring/Summer Collection’ at Lagos Fashion Week?
What is up with Nigerian designers and this ‘spring/summer/winter’ labels?

What’s beautiful here, do you really understand beauty. Regard not others culture but marry yours

Is it nakedness you regard now as beauty. What is wrong with you neglecting your culture for a stupid one which even its people are almost getting tired of

Looks rather cheap! truly. Colors are nice.. but lack finesse. No hating.. though. It is just a remark
