Michael Ealy, Tina Lawson, Tika Sumpter & More team up for #SomedayIsToday PSA against Police Brutality




Michael Ealy, Tina Lawson, Meagan Good, Tika Sumpter, Marlon Wayans, Nicole Ari Parker, Boris Kodjoe, Hosea Chanchez, Kimberly Elise, Aja Naomi King and several Hollywood stars have come together to add their voice to a new campaign called “Someday Is Today”.

The PSA is speaking against police brutality.

Hosted by Campaign Zero the celebs came together to spread awareness on the issue that has plagued America. Each person recites lyrics from the civil rights anthem “We Shall Overcome” in a calm and subtle tone.

    i just learnt of another killing of a single black lady on Aug 1 2016 (23 yrs old from baltimore – very sad. – its not trending but its still sad – google . They shot his 5 yr old sold too but hes survived and he speaks –

    here is the video of her traffic stop in March 2016

    though i am african and not african american and dont necessarily like “most” of their ways – i dont like that they are killled – it is so not fair. if you look on youtube and see how whites are confronted by ppolice vs blacks – its so not fair. a white man can be brandishing a weapon and they wil only taser him and allow him a day in court but with blacks they straight kill em whether or not they have a weapon. This is way too much.

    i support the cause – i stand with them on this. This has to stop
