Mitchell obama I love but melania trump is going to be a more stylish fashionable first lady than u.

melania is a former model, she’s slim and tall so those designers gowns are going to fit her like a glove. the white one hand jumpsuit she wore on election night, I was gagging when she stepped out. I can’t wait to see her style as first lady. she will slay for the gods. be expecting to see alot of whites and blues. thoses are a favourite colours

even ivanka, I can’t wait to see her style as the first daughter. the problem with ivanka is she wears her own clothes from her clothing line. I just hope she will be open to wear other desiners. I would love to see her in some versace or some michael kors

I’m so excited for the trumps in the white house.

bellanaija no dulling oh. u better give us melania trump style update regularly.

@Bruno, what an utterly ignorant comment, wow! so, beauty and fashion now trumps intellect and grace – both qualities Michelle has in abundance…qualities Melania will do well to acquire at least a little bit of. Talk of comparing diamonds to mere trinkets.
And you may not even know this but your comment is actually sexist. It implies all a woman is good for is ‘decoration’ eye candy, never mind what she has (or does not have) in her head.

“Intellect and grace”: That shows how little you know of Melania Trump. I suggest you read her GQ profile. Woman speaks 4 languages, left behind formerly communist Slovenia to find success and did. She has not a whiff of scandal about her.

You realise you don’t have to put her down to prop up Michele Obama?

“left behind formerly communist Slovenia to find success and did” Found success how and where?
“She has not a whiff of scandal about her” Okay!
@EE, if you want to argue a point the least you can do is argue with relevance…
Except of course you are only being sarcastic?

Appearing as a cover model for GQ, Vogue and Vanity Fair is more than enough to be regarded as “successful”.

And what scandal has she been part of? Except you think posing nude is scandalous?

As the saying goes ‘A lady is not what she wears but what she knows’. Intellectul capacity will alwys beat physical looks anytime, anyday. Melania should first learn how to speak english properly. She struggles to speak during interviews.

    Lol, yes Bruno! Absolutely!
Compare a Princeton and Harvard educated lawyer with a successful career to an expressionless Barbie doll best known for flashing her breasts all over, marrying a man who is almost 30 years her senior and having way too much Botox.
The comparison makes so much sense!

The most important lesson Michele Obama can teach young women, if your husband is clearly more talented than you, swallow your pride, drop your career and submit. Be the housewife, your children will be better off.

Note, she just like Sec. Clinton were highly successful women that suborned their careers to their husband’s success. Bully for them I say!

You have brain problem. So Clinton and Michelle dropped their careers? Is that so? Their husbands are more talented than them?

Hmmm, you neurosis is making you confuse rhetorical questions for just plain questions.

Unless ofcourse in the planet you inhabit, Michele Obama and Sec. Clinton are currently successful lawyers not famous courtesy their clearly more talented husbands.

Their present success was achieved riding on the coat-tails of their husbands, that fact does not in any way diminish them. All successful people require familial stability.

Errr, while we are busy debating who is the better First lady (apples and oranges btw), did we fail to notice that Michelle and Oprah gave a shalllat our very own Chimamanda Adichie for her “Love letter” to Michelle Obama that was recently featured in the New York Times? I’m not a big fan of Chimamanda and her overkill with the whole feminist/ angry bs (I mean even friggin’ Michelle, with all her accolades, took her husband’s last name), but you gotta hand it to her, the gurl dey write!!!!! It was pure poetry. Check it out

About last names…. Viola Davis still has hers. It’s not bs and it’s not angry. And Obama is unique compared to Robinson.
