Did you watch Day 63 of the Big Brother Reality TV show?
If you missed it we’ve got the highlights for you!
The housemates love the tasks!
Biggie called the Nominated Housemates into the Diary Room and asked them what they would miss most, should they be Evicted tonight.
All four Nominated Housemates, Bally, Bassey, Debie-Rise and TBoss cited the Tasks as one of the main things they would miss. Bally said the Tasks gave them a learning experience each week. When Biggie asked him to say a few final words, he said he was happy and honoured to have come this far and hoped that he’d remain in the House after tonight.
Bassey shared the same sentiments, saying his best day of the week in the House was Thursday because it comes with a lot of adrenalin from the Task presentations. Meanwhile, while Debie-Rise also mentioned that she too would miss the Tasks, she added that she would also miss the PayPorte Friday Night Arena Games because she had just found her feet and doing pretty well lately in the games.
TBoss, on the other hand, said she would miss Biggie’s voice. She flatly told Biggie that she wouldn’t miss any of the Housemates, even though she’d probably catch up with them after leaving the House.
Biggie then asked the Housemates the most dreaded question: “Who do you think is leaving tonight?”
While most of them tried to dodge the question, Biggie always has his ways and finally got them to tell him the name of the Housemate they each thought was most likely to be Evicted tonight.
For Bally, it was TBoss, citing that she still exhibited traits that the rest of the Housemates did not find favourable. He quickly added that it was up to Nigeria however, to save the Housemate they felt deserved to be in the House.
Bassey figured if he could Evict one Housemate, it would be Bally because he felt he would not miss him. Both Debie-Rise and TBoss also named Bally as the Housemate they would Evict, given the chance to choose. Debie-Rise felt it was because the other Housemates needed the platform more than Bally since they want to promote their talent in the various fields of the entertainment industry. TBoss felt she’d choose him because she had not established a close friendship with Bally.
Biggie adds more twists to the game
Nothing is what it seems in the Big Brother House!
Tonight, Biggie introduced another game changer. This week, the Housemates will Vote and save one of the Nominated Housemates.
This is how it will go: The Housemates will Nominate tomorrow night, as usual, and at the end of the Live Nomination Show, four Housemate will be up for possible Eviction next Sunday. The Voting lines will open immediately after the Show.
If one of the Nominated Housemates gets more Votes from their fellow Housemates than another, they will be saved from possible Eviction.
The public will then Vote for the remaining three Housemates. However, if there is a tie, then none of the four will be saved and they will rely on your Votes.
In addition to this, the Housemates will discuss Nominations and Voting, henceforth. While this constituted conspiracy before, Biggie gave the Housemates the go ahead tonight.
“You are free to form all the alliances you want to form. However, whispering is still not allowed so be careful with this,” warned Ebuka.
Well, this should be interesting.
The wind blows into Bassey’s face
No one had seen the wind blowing in Bassey’s direction, whose Eviction left behind shaken Housemates and a trembling Debie-Rise.
Bassey had initially joined BBNaija as another twist from Biggie to the House dynamics to unsettle the game. Together with Debie-Rise, their arrival had received a rather cold and indifferent welcome by Housemates, eliciting a mixture of competition from the guys and attraction from the girls of the House.
Over time, Bassey had won his place in his Housemates’hearts, winning the title of Igwe, mastering the Friday Nights Games and overall displaying a very pleasant personality.
Perhaps because they had entered the game last, Bassey and Debie-Rise shared the special bond of the outcasts that gradually moved to a much more intimate relationship where they leaned on each other for support.
Upon welcoming Bassey back on the stage, Host Ebuka played to Bassey his first clip where he admitted to being attracted to TBoss. In a flash and very elegantly, Bassey brushed any assumptions aside and stated that he had grown to know TBoss better and turn this attraction to his advantage.
Bassey admitted that Debie-Rise was like an egg to him, too precious to break and that beyond the appearances she was no more than a friend to him for he had a girlfriend.
With his charisma, the spirit of fair play and business acumen, the future dey bright for Bassey.
