Kanye West Opens Up on His ‘Sprained Brain’ in Preview for New Netflix Show

On May 31st, the Kanye West interview with David Letterman on the latter’s My Next Guest Needs No Introduction show drops on Netflix.

A new clip from the interview just dropped that shows Kanye explaining what he calls his “sprained brain” to Letterman.

“It is a health issue,” he says. “This is like a sprained brain, like having a sprained ankle. And if someone has a sprained ankle, you’re not going to push on him more. With us, once our brain gets to a point of spraining, people do everything to make it worse!”

In the interview which begins streaming tomorrow, Kanye West talks about his late mother, his music, fashion and more.
