It’s JD twice!

It’s been a while since we’ve seen popular Ghanaian media personality, Joselyn Dumas on a movie set. The last time I recall her acting was on hit Ghanaian TV show, “Adams Apples” which saw her play a very sassy role against Ghanaian heartthrob, John Dumelo. And, with her various TV projects still airing across Africa, Joselyn has been putting in work.

In their new movie, “The Northern Affair“, directed by Leila Djansi, we see Joselyn Dumas and John Dumelo uses their chemistry on the big screen and boy, am I excited? You can read the movie synopsis and check out photos from the set down below.

Synopsis

The Northern Affair centers around Esaba (Joselyn Dumas) who is trying to get out of an abusive marriage life with millionaire husband Marc (Jon Germain). Esaba, a nurse, teams up with John Dumelo (Dr. Manuel Quagraine) in a small fishing village to provide healthcare . Sparks fly and the two begin to fall in love but each one has a dark secret that will threaten whatever love they will share. A distraction in Esaba’s marriage in the form of Cara.

Set for release in December, do you think the double-JD formula will work for “The Northern Affair”? We’ll just have to wait and find out.
