In this episode of Miss Mandi’s Throwdown Conversations, the Kenyan food vlogger Mandi Sarro had a sit down with South African celebrity chef Siba Mtongana of Sibas Table on the Food Network. In the interview she talks about various things like her pantry essentials which are garlic and ginger for their potent flavours and health benefits, pap/maize, vegetables etc.
When asked what she hates cooking; Mandi mentions that her’s is baking but Siba explains that she’s found various things disgusting and then eventually falls in love with them at different stages of her career; she once thought prawns were disgusting but now she loves them. Siba also gives advice to food bloggers on what to consider when it comes to collaborating with brands and working in the industry.
