Federal High CourtA Kano Magistrates’ Court sitting in Audu Bako Secretariat on Monday ordered the remand of a 25-year-old man, Mansir Sani, for allegedly defiling a 12-year-old boy.

The defendant was charged with unnatural offence, contrary to Section 284 of the Penal Code.

The Prosecutor, Suleiman Danladi, told the court that Yusuf Dauda of Kofar Mata Quarters, Kano, reported the case to Kano State Hisbah Board Office on August 22.
